I know I’m not the only one who wondered what my body would look like after having a baby ! In shock at how much has changed in just 3 weeks 😭. Finally able to fit my clothes again, still fighting through the cravings 🫠, missing hot Pilates more than ever, and allowing myself to heal while enjoying the little changes along the way. I can’t wait to get cleared to work out and bring you guys along as I get back into fitness 🤍

1. Rest is productive too — learning that I don’t always have to be doing something, working, creating, or on the go to feel accomplished.
2. Reciprocal relationships matter — paying attention to who genuinely shows up for me the way I show up for them.
3. Boundaries are necessary — learning that protecting my peace, energy, and time doesn’t require guilt or a long explanation.
4. Trusting my partner — allowing myself to lean on my husband, accept help, and understand that I don’t have to carry everything by myself.
5. Releasing control — accepting that I can prepare, plan, and do my best, but I can’t control every outcome or every season of life.
