Life’s to short to allow the societal norms and expectations to stress us and take away our joy.
We need to choose ourself - our happiness , what makes us feel comfortable and what we actually want.
For years I was burnt out and miserable because I was doing what everyone else and society thought I should do. It’s time to put yourself first do it for you - what makes you happy and remember it’s ok to say NO. ✨💫🌟 by @ciarascalling

For years, I was so anxious and I had no idea why.

To many people, my life probably looked completely fine..But on the inside, I was carrying so much fear, low self-worth, a need to succeed, a need to control, and constant worry.😭

I was living in an energy of fear, scarcity and lack, and it was eating me alive.

For years, I tried to fix it by doing more working harder, achieving more, trying to create more security and prove that I was enough.🙈

But then the penny dropped.🪙

I realised that everything I was chasing safety, love, self-worth, abundance, peace and happiness was never actually outside of me. It was never in a new car a new job or a pay rise….

It was an inside job.💗

That’s when everything started to change.

I began working on the places within me where I didn’t feel safe, loved or enough. I started clearing the energy, shifting the beliefs and reconnecting with the love, worth, safety, peace and abundance that had always been within me.💫

And when I stopped looking outside of myself for what I could only truly create within, everything changed.

I stopped chasing.🧚‍♀️

I stopped looking outward and started looking inward.

Instead of trying to bring things into my life to make me feel a certain way, I began creating that energy within me and radiating it from the inside out rather than living from the outside in, as we are so often programmed to do.🧚‍♀️

That’s when my anxiety began to shift.

The panic attacks disappeared.

I became genuinely happy within myself.😘

And the truth is:

You are enough.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are loved.

Everything you are searching for begins within you.

And when you begin to feel it on the inside, it naturally starts to emanate into your external world.💗

It’s about reprogramming the conditioning that we have been brainwashed with and coming back home to ourself and our truth - that’s how you find the peace, the happiness the joy your searching for - it’s within ✨🥰🥰 by @ciarascalling

It’s sad when you realised you behaved in a certain way most of your life because you didn’t feel worthy within..but the truth is no one teaches us that we are enough - we are programmed to achieve to chase everything outside of ourselves ..
When we can see past the programming we return to our true selfs - the love, the joy , the happiness - that was always within - never outside of you …
You stop chasing and you start shining and this is exactly why I brought through angelic diamond healing to support you to release what’s not serving you and return to your inner light of love, your souls true essence so you can shine brightly and live the life of joy and happiness you deserve 💗💫✨ by @ciarascalling

Today is the 9.9 Portal.✨💫

In numerology, 9 carries the energy of completion, endings, wisdom and letting go. Seeing it repeated as 9:9 is often interpreted as an intensified invitation to close cycles that have reached their natural completion. There is another layer to this date: 9/9/2026 reduces to 1 the number associated with beginnings, initiation and stepping into a new cycle.

So this portal can be viewed as a threshold: release before renewal.🧚‍♀️

The feminine energy connected with 9:9 is not about doing more, pushing harder or controlling the outcome. It is about returning to receptivity, trusting your intuition, honouring what your body and inner knowing are telling you, and allowing what is no longer aligned to fall away.💫💫

You may notice old patterns, relationships, identities or desires coming up for acknowledgement. Rather than immediately trying to fix, hold or understand everything, ask:

What has already completed its purpose in my life?
What am I still holding because I’m afraid of what comes next?
What would I choose if I trusted myself completely?

You don’t have to have the next chapter figured out.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is make space for it.💕💕

Sending you lots of love on this powerful day.

Ciara x💫

Here’s how to protect your Energy in 3 minutes 💗✨

You don’t need an hour-long ritual or complicated practice.💫

Your energy matters.
Your frequency matters.
And protecting your light doesn’t mean hiding it means learning how to shine without absorbing everything around you.

Save this practice and come back to it whenever you feel energetically drained, overwhelmed or out of alignment.✨

Give it a try and let me know how you feel afterwards 🤍

I’ve just completed the most incredible week in Mount Shasta, California on retreat and honestly… I’m still taking it all in. 💕✨

It was a week filled with deep clearings, activations, powerful teachings, transmissions, grid work and full belly laughs with @awaken_with_ciara 😂

Not only did I learn so much that I’ll be bringing into my work, but I got to experience such an incredible part of the world and connect with my soul on an even deeper level than I ever imagined.

I can already feel that so much of what I received this week will continue to unfold over the coming weeks and months.✨💕

I’m so excited to bring these new attunements, frequencies and teachings into my work and share them with the world. ❤️

What a week.
Thanks so much to our incredible teacher @presencehealingllc

Feeling so deeply grateful. 💕✨
