Mistério has had his backflip for awhile. Now it's time to make it even cooler, the work starts today.

While my leg was broke I put on weight and I lost flexibility. Now that my leg is better I am trying to get back to where I was. Starting with small goals and just making it a little bit harder little by little is what works for me. by @cic_longbeach

Still healing this leg. I'm able to move around more. I can't do everything yet but when I go out and play with people it makes me want to push more. The only way I know where I'm at though is by trying stuff and seeing what still hurts. My goal right now is just to be able to play well by CM Robozinho and Prof Acoisas batizado in Hermosillo in November.

Porras family came in deep this morning. Soneca was flexing shirtless all morning like he was doing Capoeira on the beach in Bahia.

When we learn something new we try a bunch of options we can do with that move so we can use the same move with several different finishes.
