A big thank you to the Gloucester Police Department for inviting me to participate in their Safety Day!

I was grateful for the opportunity to connect with the community, talk about preparedness, and highlight the classes and training I offer through CiC Defense Solutions.

My goal is simple: help people become more prepared, more confident, and better equipped to handle the unexpected. From firearms safety and familiarization to Stop the Bleed, CPR, self-defense, situational awareness, and our 360° Preparation program, these are skills that are worth investing in before you need them.

I truly appreciate the Gloucester Police Department for creating opportunities like this to bring local instructors, first responders, and the community together.

Would you know what to do if someone suffered a serious bleeding injury before first responders arrived? The average bleed out time for a human is 3-5 minutes.

360° PREPARATION

Last Monday, we had a father bring his two young sons with him to our 360° Preparation class—and it was a great example of what this program is all about.

We worked with Dad on firearms familiarization, while his sons learned the fundamentals of firearm safety. From there, we moved into close-quarters firearm retention, working through what to do when a situation gets up close and personal.

Preparation isn’t just about owning equipment. It’s about having the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make better decisions when it matters.

You can jump in at any time—no experience necessary.
