Yesterday was our first and only harvest of apples this year. As we've done it the past two years, we once again drove to the windy west coast of Denmark to collect apples from the 70 year old organic trees in @urth.dk garden.

We did a blend of different varietals, primarily Discovery, Filippa and Aroma, which resulted in a beautiful pink juice - definitely the wildest looking and tastiest we've ever encountered!

We're extremely grateful to be able to use these beautiful apples - knowing where the fruit comes from and tasting them ourselves is very important to us. Thank you Louise ❤️

A big thank you to @opstrupanders, @akselurth and @urth.dk for all the help, and a big shoutout to our fellow cider makers @sjask.vin for generously lending us their gear.

Stay tuned for Cider Majeure 2023 🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏

It's fruit picking season, at least for us, and we're slowly starting this years production. All the fruit we use is handpicked and generously donated to us by kind people in exchange for bottles of the final product 🌞
