Happy September y’allllll 😋🍎🍂🪾📚

The month has barely started and it’s not even autumn yet, but I have already found THE book of the season 😏 do I still need to talk about it though?!

Since the first book came out in 2022 it became my literal comfort book! Especially in autumn 🧡

I had to wait 4 whole years for the sequel but it’s HERE and what do you mean I got to be a beta reader???? 😭 sorry but this really is a flex - and Vanessa did deliver with this second one!! 🧹💨🖤

Gilmore Girls meets Practical Magic meets Charmed set in New England in the 90s with a hint of nostalgia and emo vibes? YES please 👏🏻

A little bookish magic, cider donuts, and the coziest company! 🍎✨📚

A huge thank you to Jessica at @themossycauldron for hosting me this week for such a lovely evening of book signings and sweet treats!

Tucked into downtown Great Barrington, MA, her enchanting little shop is brimming with cozy, magical vibes that anyone in this coven is sure to adore. 🌙🍄 Jessica also handcrafts her own candles with fragrances that are absolutely to die for! Seriously, you’re going to want to smell every single one.

And the best part? She’s freshly stocked with BOTH books one and two, so be sure to stop in, explore, and show this magical little gem some love! 🖤

Still riding the high from our Witchy Woman Vendor Market + Flash Event. ✨🔮🖤

The energy that day was something special. The turnout was incredible, the vibes were immaculate, and the general consensus among all of us is that we’ve been smiling about it ever since.

Thank you SO much to everyone who came out, shopped, got tattooed, snuggled a bunny, supported these amazing women, and spent part of your day with us. This was the very first event organized by Cider Mill Coven, so seeing so many of you show up and make it such a success truly meant everything.

And the biggest, witchiest thank you to the incredible women who made the magic happen. ✨

Alyssa, for welcoming us into her beautiful tattoo shop and spending the day inking so many of you with Cider Mill Coven-inspired designs🖤

Nicole, for bringing the most gorgeous handmade crystal jewelry and all the sparkly, mystical goodness 💎

Maris, for the dreamy bloom bar AND the baby bunnies that basically stole everyone’s hearts 🌻🐇

And Rachel, for capturing so many of these beautiful, magical moments throughout the day and for sharing her new vending machine with us! 📸

I don’t think any of us could have imagined a better day 🖤 #witchywoman #booksigning #localauthor #ctsmallbusiness #popupevent taken in Rocky Hill, Connecticut by @cidermillcoven

Come stay a night with us at the real-life Overlook Hotel on Mount Hood, Oregon! We’re checking into the iconic Timberline Lodge. The only actual hotel used for exterior shots of the Overlook Hotel in Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining. Here’s hoping our stay is a little less eventful than the Torrances’😅🚪🪓🏔️❄️

A little rain? Nothing a cider flight can’t fix! Happy 10th anniversary to @angryorchardwalden! So glad CMC got to join in on the Harvest Festival festivities. Mother Nature may have had other plans, but the cider was flowing and the vibes were immaculate!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to show some coven’ lovin’! And a HUGE thank you to my bestie Lilian for making the 5-hour round trip drive and keeping me fueled with cider, donuts and belly laughs all day long 🍂🍻

Rainy skies, good cider, great company… I’d call that a pretty perfect fall afternoon 🍎

Thank you SO much to everyone who came out for the first stop on my sequel tour! The Simsbury Arts & Crafts Festival had such an amazing turnout, and it was such a joy seeing so many familiar faces and happy readers come back, this time excited to scoop up a copy of Book 2! 🥹📚 There’s something incredibly special about seeing readers who supported the first Cider Mill Coven return for the next chapter of the story.

Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans for us today, and day two of the festival was canceled ☔️🍂 But honestly, day one brought more than enough love, excitement, and good vibes to carry me through the entire weekend.

Thank you, Simsbury, for such a wonderful kickoff to the sequel tour. Book 2 is officially out in the wild, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to start!

A little peek behind the pages 🖤✨

Today my husband and I celebrate 10 years of marriage, and we marked the occasion last week by renewing our vows beneath the redwoods. Ten years of adventures, growing together, building a life we love, and him patiently listening to approximately one million conversations about witches, cider mills, book ideas, characters, plot twists, and whatever story has taken over my brain that day 😂

There was something pretty magical about standing together beneath trees that have been here for hundreds and hundreds of years and promising each other forever all over again.

He’s been beside me through every chapter… both the ones I’ve written and the ones we’ve lived. Here’s to 10 years married, many more adventures, and a whole lot more chapters together 🖤🌲✨
