Lately, everyone is asking what AI will replace. But when I spoke with @newsweek , I wanted to reframe that entirely. Instead of asking what roles are disappearing, we should be looking at how careers are evolving. Right now, a whole category of jobs is being invented that didn’t exist a few years ago.AI is brilliant when the rules are clear, but it completely struggles when things get weird. It can’t mimic human judgment, navigate messiness, or build authentic relationships. That’s why human skills like curiosity and adaptability aren’t just relevant they’re essential.This transition has to include everyone.
