We’re incredibly happy to share that we have been awarded 2nd Prize at the Lyon International Chamber Music Competition 🇫🇷✨ As our first-ever competition, this experience has meant so much to us. It’s been an intense, challenging, and deeply rewarding journey — one that pushed us, shaped us, and brought us closer as an ensemble. Big LOVE to GOTTFRIED POKORNY!!! Our beloved Chamber Music Professor😘 We are truly grateful to the organization @cimclofficial for creating such a warm, inspiring, and beautifully run event. Every moment felt special, and it was a joy to be part of it. During the event, we are deeply moved by all the kind and encouraging words from the audience, the staff and the jury — your support meant more than we can express. It was also such a privilege to meet and share the stage with 9 amazing quintets. Being surrounded by such artistry was both humbling and inspiring. The full competition is available on @theviolinchannel , offering a wonderful opportunity to discover the outstanding musicianship of all participating quintets, alongside a rich and varied repertoire — including the newly commissioned work Alchimie by Thibault Perrine @th.perrine 🎶 We also had great pleasure to perform Shostakovich’s 24 Preludes with the remarkable Harpist Sophie Bellanger @sophiebel17 🪉 We leave Lyon full of gratitude, motivation, and excitement for what lies ahead. Thrilled to announce that over the weekend, we won 1st prize at the 2026 Lyon International Chamber Music Competition!
