I’m so grateful for this interview by @thrive on how I’m redefining success. Another We❤️SF Gala in the books 📚

This year’s theme was Portrait of a City 🌉 And San Francisco showed up again looking absolutely fantastic. One of the best parts of the night was seeing the graduates of the Presidio Scholarship program in the crowd and hearing them share their stories on stage.

So proud of the Presidio Bay Foundation team and everything they do for our amazing city through workforce development, civic engagement, arts and culture, and affordable housing. Community engagement at its best 🤍

We are not separate from nature. We are nature. 🌱

Last weekend, I curated a full sensory wellness experience at @stanlyranchauberge rooted in that one truth. We spent the afternoon learning how to align with the season through Ayurveda and modern biology, moved through the Grange’s herbal garden as our living classroom, crafted custom seasonal tea blends paired with @takeyourpotion, and closed with my signature immersive, breathwork, meditation and somatic movement experience.

Inflammation is not just physical. And neither is healing. The body holds what the mind has not yet processed. The season shapes what your cells are experiencing. The quality of your inner life determines the quality of everything else you are trying to build. This is not philosophy. This is biology. And it is the foundation of everything I create.

As a founder, researcher, and wellness curator I work at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern science. I tend the whole human because when the vessel is clear and the inner world is coherent, everything changes. That is what Potion is born from. And that is what every experience I build is designed to do.

Proud to join the EWG Leadership Council as a founding member and to deepen my involvement in research, policy, advocacy, and education. This feels especially meaningful because it brings me closer again to science, research, public health, and policy, which were such a foundational part of my career before entrepreneurship.

EWG does what more organizations should. They do the hard work of research, make that information accessible to the public, and help drive the policy changes that protect both people and the planet. Human and planetary health have always been central to my work, and I’m grateful to contribute to a mission that moves across all of those levels.
