Post paint photos from the harbor ridge job. by @cincotta_carpentry

This condo got new LVP floors last week and they brought me in to handle the old openings from the glass slider doors. These big 10 1/2” openings got cased out and the owner wanted me to build a little knee wall that my friend Juan Sheetrocked for me.

We also did some new curtain rods for them. by @cincotta_carpentry

Custom adjustable closet system made out of 3/4” birch ply and poplar 1x stock.

Going to be painted with ben moore advance and the wood hanging rods will be stained. by @cincotta_carpentry

Turned this one over to the painters today. by @cincotta_carpentry

Removed old hollow core doors/trim and replaced with solid core pre-hung doors and new modern trim for Abell Construction. by @cincotta_carpentry

Added some chair rail to a powder bath that is going to be finished off with wallpaper above the chair rail. Also, did a bunch of miscellaneous rot repairs and found a snake hiding in the rotted framing. Unfortunately, this large deck was built poorly and one of the stair landings is on its way out. I added some temporary support for the time being before the decision to re-build is made. by @cincotta_carpentry

Came back to install some door hardware on a coastal home I trimmed out. Painter has some touch ups to do and closets systems are going in soon. My scope of work: framed the arch, installed all the interior doors, cased all the interior/exterior doors, cased all the windows, ran the baseboard, and the T&G porch that the customer designed. All the trim was milled on site out of S4S stock. by @cincotta_carpentry

Dining area spruced up with some applied panel molding. The homeowner provided an inspiration picture and they were very pleased with the end result. The recessed lights are going to be removed a new light fixture is going to be installed centered on the middle panel which I verified with my laser. The space is going to look great with some new paint and artwork. by @cincotta_carpentry

Knocked out this little job this morning. I did two exterior ceilings for this customer back in April and came back to do a little area behind the pool that was not part of the original project.

1x6 southern yellow pine T&G and put in a new LED can light for him. by @cincotta_carpentry

8 foot solid core 1 3/4” thick interior doors. Not for the faint of heart. by @cincotta_carpentry

Pre-dry wall walkthrough for an addition I will be trimming out. I like to string the rough openings and correct for any cross leg before the mechanicals/dry wall gets installed. It makes hanging doors a lot easier. by @cincotta_carpentry
