The first of our three values here at Phi Mu is LOVE! 💌🫶💕🌷

Love in Phi Mu means treating others with compassion, respect, and kindness. It means accepting everyone for who they are and building a strong, supportive community where every sister feels valued.

Here to share what our value of love means to her is Maddi Schaefer, Fall PC ‘24!

“Since joining Phi Mu through formal recruitment in 2024, I’ve been surrounded by constant love, encouragement, and support. The friendships and connections I’ve built within this sisterhood and the FSL community have become some of the most meaningful relationships in my life. Throughout every challenge and celebration, I’ve always had a community of wonderful women by my side who genuinely care about me and remind me that I will never be alone. Being a part of Phi Mu has shown me what unconditional love truly looks like and has completely changed the way I view friendship and community.

We see the value of love within Phi Mu and the Panhellenic community extend far beyond our creed. It’s reflected in the events we participate in, the interactions we have with those around us, and the countless opportunities for friendships we have been given. I truly believe I’ve met some of my future bridesmaids, lifelong best friends, and forever sisters through this organization. Phi Mu has given me a home away from home and relationships that will continue to positively affect my life long after graduation. Every day, I find another reason to be grateful for this sisterhood and the love that makes it so special.

This sisterhood has given me so much to love: a best friend I love so deeply, a big I can always talk to, a Pham I’ve loved watching grow, role models who help shape me into the person I aspire to be, both academically and personally, and sisters who will be my friends for life. LIOB. 🩷”

The second of our three values here at Phi Mu is HONOR! 🏛️🌟📖🎓

Honor in Phi Mu means staying true to yourself while maintaining high integrity, taking accountability, and being a reliable support system for others.

Here to share what our value of honor means to her is Brianna Browning, Spring PC ‘26!

“The value that resonates with me most is Honor! Honor means holding true to your character and staying loyal to your word even when it’s difficult. Staying committed to your duties, actions, thoughts, and morals is imperative to keeping strong relationships and fostering a safe and reliable environment. I can count on all of my sisters to stay true to their word and keep guiding me on the right path. It’s important for me to have someone tell me the hard truth, even if it’s difficult to hear. That is exactly what a true friend would do. I value staying true to yourself and steadfast in your actions, so you can say what you did was morally aligned. Phi Mu has helped me gain lifelong friends who have similar values and stay true to their character.”

Truth in Phi Mu means authenticity, honesty, and a lifelong pursuit of knowledge. It encourages us to live genuinely and stay true to our personal values, voices, and identities without fear of judgment.

Here to share what our value of truth means to her is Lily Clark, Fall PC ‘24!

“I resonate with truth the most because I believe it’s very important to be truthful to who you are around people in order to create long-lasting bonds. Being in a sorority truly given me more friends than I could’ve ever hoped for because of our authenticity, allowing me to be myself day in and out. I truly never thought I could find a place like this to belong and be who I am, but every day I’m so grateful that I have. Truth is a tool for everyone, and I hope that I can connect with incoming members on the same value!”

✨MEET EXEC MONDAY✨ Meet our Social Chairwoman Hailey Kelps!!

Hometown: Medina, OH
Major: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Minor, ACCEND MBA
Grade: Fourth Year

A little message about being Social Chair💗
I love being Social Chair because I think the social side of sorority life is such an important part of the experience!! Some of the best memories I’ve made in Phi Mu have been at social events, and I love being able to create those opportunities for our members to spend time together, meet people outside of the chapter, and have fun! I’m naturally outgoing and organized, and I like being around people, so I think my personality fits really well with the role. I also genuinely enjoy event planning and all of the work that goes into making an event happen. Being able to combine something I enjoy with a role that has such a big impact on our chapter has made Social Chair a perfect fit for me!!

Why Phi Mu? 💗
I chose Phi Mu because I felt comfortable being myself from the very beginning! I never felt like I had to be a certain way or fit into a specific personality to feel like I belonged. I could be outgoing, independent, driven, and still feel completely comfortable and fully supported by my sisters. What stood out to me most was how natural it felt. I could be myself, feel accepted, and know that I was surrounded by people who genuinely appreciated me for who I am!

Phi Mu has always held a special place in my heart because I’m a Phi Mu legacy, but what truly makes it feel like home are the values behind our sisterhood. A little message about being Secretary💗
I love being the Secretary of Phi Mu because I’m able to showcase my talents in the way that works best for me! I’m a very organized person, and being able to keep some structure in the chapter is honestly a perfect way to serve.

My Why Phi Mu are the friends that I’ve made these past two years. I love our sisterhood so much, for the supportive group that I’ll always have, and the hilarious moments that get made.
