Cindy 2.0 loading. With more compassion, more presence, and certainly more capacity to handle where I am headed 💫🔥❤️

It has not been easy and the path ahead won’t be either. But at least this path I am choosing with clarity and intention.

To all those here for the ride with me. I deeply appreciate and love you ❤️💫

You deserve this too. And I know how to help.

@aritzia - best suits ever!!! by @cindycarru

You don’t need another reset.
You need a shift.

Because burnout doesn’t come from doing nothing…
It comes from doing everything except taking care of yourself.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or like you’ve lost a part of who you are…

This is your moment to reconnect.

Not with pressure.
Not with extremes.
But with clarity, structure, and a new standard for yourself.

This masterclass is the conversation most women are avoiding…
but deeply need.

Not every Christmas unfolds the way we plan.

What always remains is the love, the memories, and the connections that carry us wherever we are in the world.

Grateful to be home now with Bo and many other people who fill my heart.

Truly fill my heart ❤️

From my heart to yours, may these next few days be wrapped in togetherness.

Life is so good 🙏💯✨

…. The best gift I got? … the first slide was a post Bo shared with me about Christmas 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

I’m so excited to share this! ✨

I’ve been invited to be a featured expert at the Breath of Gold® Festival, a free 3-day virtual experience happening September 15–17.

This amazing event brings together experts in breathwork, somatic healing, spirituality, personal growth, and transformation, with opportunities to actually experience breathwork for yourself throughout the event.

I’ll be sharing about: ✨ Somatic Experiencing and The Human Dashboard ™️ which is being launched in September!

If you’ve been in a season where you’re craving more clarity, feeling a shift happening in your life, or wondering what your next chapter could look like, I think there’s going to be something really special here for you.

Come experience what can become possible when you get out of the noise and reconnect with yourself.

It’s completely free to attend.

Register here by clicking the link in my bio.,

I hope I’ll see you there. 🤍

So much has changed over the years, including me. What I value what I love and where I spend my time and energy.

I am feeling….blessed.

For health for faith and for all the beautiful people who continually wrap their arms around me as I carve a new path in life.

This moment doesn’t need a lot of words to feel the emotions 🥹

Exactly one year ago this month I spoke my vision into the world and how I planned to dedicate my life to serving others.

@shelbyhayle was there with hands on support that day during all the messy. Thank you. (Those are her hands holding me as I was trying to digest what I was actually doing with my life)

The tears of realizing 27 years in corporate was over and who I once was no longer existed. And at the same time, tears of joy for feeling all the vitality and joy I forgot was part of being human.

@meg.spoelstra took so many incredible b-reels and photos that are now being seen by thousands. And she nurtured and kept pace with every emotion that surfaced that day.

It’s been a lot building. It’s been a lot of lessons. It’s been a lot of new friendships and connections made globally along the way.

What I know for sure now is I am so grateful to be reconnected to Cindy again and it’s a privilege to get to support others.

Heading in to my week grateful 🤍 by @cindycarru
