Wild Poetry is growing the most absolute high vibrational flowers ever ever witnessed. Such a sweet time with one of my favorites! Love your vision today Lisha! It brings me so much joy to teach resin and pouring on Moon panels I had specially made! Long before sound baths became a wellness practice, ancient cultures felt the deep, sacred resonance between sound, water, ritual, and healing. As if vibration itself was a living force moving through the world, shaping what could be seen and what could only be felt.

In temple traditions, water was never just something to enter or be cleansed by. It was alive with meaning. A shimmering threshold for purification, ceremony, prayer, and spiritual transformation, where every ripple seemed to carry intention and every still surface held the memory of sound.

And now, we are gently returning to that ancient remembering. Bringing sound back into water, and water back into its role as a vessel for presence, release, and renewal.

When I tell you this is not a normal Sound Bath, I mean it.

A traditional Sound Bath, even in a pool typically have the instruments played from the land. The sound washing over you from outside the water.

But my vision has always been different.

I wanted to be in the water with you, surrounded by the bowls, instruments, and sacred tools. Allowing the vibrations to move through the water and through your body in a completely immersive way.

Creating a space where sound, water, intention, and energy come together… where you can receive attunements, soften, release, and let go of whatever you’re finally ready to leave behind.

So grateful that Joanna Wiley felt the same way I did! That she said yes, to keeping this vision, intention and magic flowing in the sacred waters. I love being 🧜🏻‍♀️mermaids with you!

🌊✨ When Sound Meets Water…

Have you ever seen what happens when a Seven Metal Grandmother Bowl is played inside a pool of water?

The vibration of the bowl creates cymatic patterns in the water and what’s so incredible is that the pattern that emerges in the water mirrors the same geometric pattern found within the bowl itself. 🔔🌊. Zoom in and you will see what I’m referring too in this photo.

Sound creates vibration.
Vibration creates movement.
Movement creates patterns.

And because our bodies are made largely of water, we can experience these vibrations not only through our ears, but throughout our entire body.

There’s something profound about being surrounded by sound, water, and vibration. Allowing yourself to slow down, soften, and simply feel.

✨ Hear the sound.
Feel the vibration.
Become part of the pattern. ✨

This coming Sunday the 16th we are having our Pool Sound Bath from 3 PM to 6 PM. There is going to be a symphony of sounds intentionally orchestrated for a deep resist. Come fill your cup. And better yet, bring a friend. This event will sell out so do not snooze on reserving your fliating oasis. This is a sacred container.

There’s something powerful about stepping away from the whiteboard and into a creative space. ✨

At our quarterly team meeting, Sara surprised us with a dry-pour resin art experience— a chance to slow down, reconnect, and create together!

Before we began, each of us reflected on our word of the year and selected colors that represented what we hope to carry with us. As the resin flowed, so did the laughter, and the creative juices!

We each created an individual piece that reflected our thoughts, and together we collaborated on a team artwork that will remind us of this season and the values we share! 🙌🏼

A huge thank you to @cindyjack at @jajapdx for hosting such a beautiful experience. I think the team left feeling inspired and refreshed!

Every instrument in our Pool Sound Bath has been lovingly collected over many years. Together they create a rich tapestry of sound that simply can't be replicated with a few singing bowls.

You'll experience the deep resonance of giant Himalayan bowls, the shimmering beauty of crystal tones, rare tuning forks, gongs, chimes, our beautiful water harp, and other unique instruments played throughout the ceremony.
