I love sports. I love music.
That’s why @maggy.gigi and I co-founded something that brings both worlds together aligned around one vision: taking life above 128 BPM.

How often do we live at 70 BPM?
Sitting, scrolling, staying in our comfort zone.

So imagine… taking life above 128 BPM
with our MUSIC (usually around 150–160 BPM 🫣) and SPORTS.

Imagine working out or doing your favourite sport with us live DJing and then ending it with a healthy rave where you can dance, connect and meet new people.

See you at @128bpm.world 🪩🌶️ by @cindysantoss

RUN & RAVE: THIS WAS A FUCK*NG DREAM 🫣 Lisbon was on fire 🔥

Playing a DJ set with @growingannanas while we ran with all of u was an absolute vibe!!

Thank you to everyone who joined us to run, have fun, and dance! And a huge thank you to our amazing team, this couldn’t have happened without you.

Special thanks to @maggy.gigi and @prodj.school for helping us prepare the set and gear.

Can’t wait for the next one! 🖤

Never been a Halloween girl. Never been into nights out. But if Halloween afternoons look like this… COUNT ME IN. 🖤

@maggy.gigi and I had an idea for @128bpm.world , teamed up with @brewclub.pt and @nescafeportugal, and turned it into something INSANE.

Running with @vayasocialclub, so many different experiences during the day, as ceramic, bike, yoga …. and lots of music & Halloween magic. What a day! by @cindysantoss

Run & Rave, Pilates & Rave, Tennis & Rave… DONE ✔️! And me and @maggy.gigi are bringing Run & Rave back for another round this Halloween @128bpm.world

Now tell me… WHICH SPORT SHOULD WE RAVE NEXT? 👀

Seeing everyone playing tennis, learning from coach @gramm.wav, connecting with each other, and creating memories and friendships… THIS is what it’s all about.

A few years ago, I wished events like this existed. So I decided to create them. 🖤

A huge thank you to the legend @fredgiltennis for making this happen, and to @drinkoya for keeping everyone hydrated with their protein water!

Thank you to everyone who showed up and made this edition so special. To @maggy.gigi, who’s part of this journey with me, to @gvcupper for always supporting me, to the GOATs @jensenmedianet, @apietropedrajoint & @stefanopio.mov, and to the amazing Kamila @studiokamido for the massages. ❤️

Our concept is BE PART OF MORE 🪩

More life. More memories. More movement. More health. More connection.

Last Sunday, we brought it all together with Tennis & Rave at @fredericogil, ending our healthy rave at Praia Grande with new connections, good music and @drinkoya, protein water made with collagen peptides & amino acids, all before nightfall. ✨
