Barbados Postcards with Kari 🦜

Whilst visiting the beautiful Caribbean island of Barbados, we had the chance to catch up with local ‘Birdman’ Kari.

This Is England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 a melting pot of cultures & identities united it what it means to be British.

Divisive headlines may try to split the country but, at its best, football reminds us what it means to come together and be a United Kingdom.

A performance art with a complex and rich history, pole dance is a craft that has steadily evolved through the years.

Teaching this often misunderstood craft to a blossoming and close knit community is @akilacristiano & in CING:02 we explored the joy, freedom & liberation Akila’s community has found through the art form✨ by @cing.mediia
