Last two weeks have been so pressurising. Since medical school days, I’ve missed multiple occasions all because of my exams. Now that being a grad student, I’ve promised not to miss a single event because of study pressure. It’s a balance practice which is not as easy as it is supposed to be. It’s challenging yet exciting. But I’m so proud of myself, despite the pressures, I get out of the exam horizon and explore the chances.
Today was that kind of day again ❤️ Not guilty at all ❤️ All these beautiful and delicious dishes by @zarin_ishrat. She’s a great cook! Polao, egg korma, chicken jhal(mild) curry, daal makhni❤️ What an amazing view to dive into this food heaven ❤️

Been to Sham Restaurant months back, and it did not disappoint! 🤍

We ordered the mixed kebab platter with rice, hummus, and baba ghanoush, along with a juicy beef burger. The highlight was their layered falafel stuffed with seasoned meat and crunchy nuts; so unique and incredibly delicious.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic Middle Eastern taste. Can’t wait to go back again! 🥙🍢🍔

Some meals feel like home. ❤️

Tried the Indian buffet at Masala Art in Watertown, MA, and absolutely loved it! The buffet had everything from smoky paneer tikka, juicy chicken tikka, sizzling tandoori dishes, flavorful chicken biryani, and a variety of delicious vegetable dishes to comforting payesh, halwa, and a perfect cup of tea.

The food was fresh, full of flavor, and the warm, inviting ambience made the experience even better. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again!

I miss the deshi kalboishakhi or a simple rainy day. I miss that smell before the rain starts. I miss those jigglings and those moments where we all sit to have tea ❤️

Throwing it back to a delicious visit to Matha Noshto, NY a few months ago! We went with friends and shared fuchka, halim, bhel puri, and lassi, which meant I got to enjoy a little bit of everything. So nostalgic and such a wonderful reminder of the flavors of home in USA 🇧🇩✨

We tried the lunch buffet at House of Tandoor Indian & Nepali Cuisine in Newton, MA months ago and absolutely loved it. There was such a great variety: chicken tandoori, butter chicken, goat curry, biryani, samosas, coconut soup, and plenty of tasty vegetarian dishes(saag paneer, daal makhni, two type of other veggies). Everything was fresh and flavorful.

The meal ended perfectly with gulab jamun, payesh, and a warm cup of tea. ❤️
