CIOFF® International and all our members around the world are sending its condolences to CIOFF® Argentina and the family from our honorary member Hugo Ifrán, who passed away on the morning of 31st of March. Hugo Ifrán is remembered for helping to boost the work of CIOFF® within Latin America and the Caribbean countries as well as for the creation of the Youth Movement back in the 90s, among other important projects developed under his leadership. His contributions to CIOFF® will always be remembered and its results will remain visible in the organization forever. by @cioffyouth
