It’s my birthday today 🥂✨ and honestly… the only gift I want is to keep building this weird, wonderful wine-soaked little universe with all of you!! . So, consider this your official, cordial invitation 💌 to be “In The Loop” Wine Club! . For those that vibe with us, and for anyone who’s been positively electric with anticipation… the wait is finally over. You’re getting verrrryyyy thirsty 😵‍💫😎 LINK IN BIO by @circadian_cellars
The lineup is growing, and we can’t wait to share it! Over 25 vendors are joining us at FERMENTOPIA in Bend on Saturday, November 28, and they’re bringing every kind of ferment you can imagine. From kraut, kimchi & pickles to koji patties! From sourdough, cheeses and cider to salsa and hot sauces. From chocolate, mead and wine, to beer and kombucha. Fermentation is one of humanity’s oldest culinary traditions, and nearly every culture has its own signature ferments. Korea gave us kimchi. In Eastern Europe, cabbage became sauerkraut, while pickles preserved the harvest through long winters. Mead, honey fermented into wine, is among the oldest alcoholic drinks known. At FERMENTOPIA, you can taste how these traditions have traveled across continents and centuries, and how Oregon’s makers are putting their own spin on them. Sip, taste, shop, and meet the makers behind the flavors. It’s an afternoon of discovery and community coming together, and you won’t want to miss it. Meet us at the Open Space Event Studios at 220 NE Lafayette Ave in Bend on Saturday, 11/28. 11AM to 5:30PM https://www.thefermentopia.com or link in bio Tag the friend who will drag you to the kimchi booth first. 👇 by @circadian_cellars

WE BELIEVE WINE SHOULD HAVE A HUMAN SCALE. We believe vineyards are agriculture, not content. We believe winemaking is a craft, not a manufacturing order. We believe the person selling you a story about a wine should have some relationship to the work required to create it. We believe ownership matters. Farming matters. Labor matters. Place matters. Transparency matters. We believe a 75-case experiment made because a winemaker couldn’t stop thinking about an idea matters. We believe the vineyard nobody else wants to farm matters. We believe weird grapes matter. We believe growers matter. We believe independent restaurants and retailers matter. And we believe thousands of small businesses matter more to the future of wine than another dozen brands controlled by another handful of companies. We’re not interested in pretending every bottle is the same simply because the word “craft” appears in the marketing copy. There are brands. And there are makers. We’re here for the makers. For the people whose fingerprints are on the bottles. For the people putting their own money, labor, reputations and ideas into the wines they release. For the people who live where they work and participate in the agricultural and cultural communities their wines depend upon. They are not pretending to be wine culture. They are building it. That’s Indie. And that’s worth fighting for. FARM IT. MAKE IT. STAND BEHIND IT. INDIE WINE MIXER #indiewine #pnwwine #smallmakers #oregonwine #wawine by @circadian_cellars
What makes us INDIE? Sara Garr of @circadian_cellars says “ I have no employees (I wear all the hats) I do my own winemaking, I produce far less than 2,000 cases of wine, I focus on non-traditional blends spanning vintages AVAs and varietals. I prefer graphic-leaning pop art alt style labels and am completely self funded.” We are scrappy. We do the work. We come together to build up community. We are still here. Come discover your new favorite winemaker at Indie Wine Mixer: Southern Oregon Edition at the Phoenix Plaza Civic Center on August 15th. 22 indie wineries from all over Oregon under one roof. Meet the makers, hear the stories, and buy bottles directly from the hands that made it. Cherry on top, is every ticket sold at the 2026 Southern Oregon event benefits our nonprofit partner @beeregenerative 🐝 TICKETS ON SALE NOW! Link to Tickets & Info in bio. as part of the adventures brand, having a custom wine for the inn was always on the road map. just wasn’t expecting it to happen so soon. but this summer, i had an amazing opportunity to work with a winemaker in the rogue valley who had bulk wine and happened to be a good friend. @circadian_cellars so we got to work having fun, combining four of her wines into two crushable concoctions. we landed on a rosé or a chillable red, and i spent two days going around getting all my wine industry friends to try them and give their opinions. what do you think we went with? chilled red or rosé??? vote below ⬇️ #boutiquehotel #advintures #womeninwine #cannedwine #winemaking by @circadian_cellars
