Save this weeknight pantry one-pot dinner.Made when the fridge is bare or dinner feels like too much effort, or we just need something nourishing. Made almost entirely from pantry staples, it’s simple, hearty, and always hits the spot.Even on the busiest nights, I love turning dinner into a little ritual…lighting a candle, setting the table slows us down to enjoy a wholesome meal.Spiced Lentils, yoghurt and flatbread.Prep time 10 minutes l Cook time: 30 minutes l Serves 4Ingredients:1 spanish onion, diced1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, extra to serve½ tablespoon sea salt flakes1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon paprika powder1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes1 teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon turmeric powder1 ½ cups green lentils, rinsed and drained1 litre chicken bone broth Serve with:10-15 baby kale leaves½ cup greek plain yoghurtWarm flatbreadMethod:1. In a shallow frypan, with an lid, add onion, olive oil, salt and honey on medium heat.2. Soften for 3-4 minutes. Then add paprika, chilli, cumin and turmeric. Stir through for 1-2 minutes and then add the lentils. Stir through.3. Pour in the chicken broth and stir. Bring to a light simmer and place the lid on.4. Gently simmer for 25 minutes with the lid on. Or until the lentils are tender. Remove the lid and simmer for another 5 minutes.5. Take off the heat. Stir through lemon juice. Top with kale leaves, yoghurt, olive oil and serve with warm flatbread. In partnership with @circafragrances by @circafragrances

As candle lovers, we know there’s nothing quite like the warm glow of a soy candle... but when the flame fades, the story doesn’t have to end. Your empty candle vessel has a second life waiting to happen 🤍👇🏼After the final burn, let the wax cool until slightly soft, then remove the remaining wax and wick tabs.Wipe the vessel clean with a paper towel.Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge.Air dry completely before reusing.🤍 Hand wash only - our ceramic vessels are not dishwasher safe. by @circafragrances
