Mission statements can be kind of lame, but we think they matter. In fact, we think everything we do matters. A big reason why we opened the shop is because we were tired of going into other places and getting treated like an inconvenience. It’s not an accident that we hired a team that cares about what they do and cares about your experience here. Our work matters and caring about people is worth it.

We love this city and will always strive to bring excellence to our community through kindness and creativity. by @circlecoffeeco

Fall menu is live in the shop!! Here’s what we’re going to be sippin on all season long. 🍂🍎🍁

𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫
To know her is to love her - @hugoteaco chai concentrate and @louisburgcidermill apple cider combine to make the most refreshing fall bev that transports you straight to the nearest pumpkin patch. Iced only.

𝐆𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐨
French vanilla and a caffeine buzz that’s mostly sugar make this taste just like a desperate coffee pit stop across rural KS. Available hot or iced.

𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐝𝐚
A luscious & tangy ruby red grapefruit soda slightly sweetened with agave. Pair with a shot of spro or matcha for peak enjoyment! Iced only.

𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚
Tastes like a Sunday afternoon baking a fresh loaf that leaves your kitchen smelling like warm spices, brown sugar, and soft, syrupy banana. Available hot or iced.

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫
A rich s’mores-inspired latte that has us yearning for flannel weather, a lit bonfire, and a foggy dusk fishing off a dock. Available hot or topped with dairy-free marshmallow cold foam and GF graham cracker dust when ordered iced.

𝐏𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫
PSL’s cooler older cousin that’s got a complex, deeper take on autumnal spice and hates running with the trends (spoiler: she’s a little basic too). Available hot or topped with a dairy-free cream cheese cold foam when ordered iced. by @circlecoffeeco

We’re having a summer that looks like—

a full patio glowing in the Midwest sun, a team that never hesitates to celebrate every occasion, an empty ice machine, neighbors waving as they bike down Medford,

and we wouldn’t have it any other way. by @circlecoffeeco

Like a good neighbor, @neighborskc is there!

Two cart events in two different cities meant a few hiccups along the way, but our team rolled with it. Thankful for Justin at Neighbors and a coffee community that looks out for each other! by @circlecoffeeco

my favorite coffee shop in NE kansas ☕️🧡 if you live in the area and haven’t been yet, you gotta make it out sometime! they make all their own syrups and pastries in house, have a great whole bean selection, and the baristas are the best ;)) #kansas #midwest #topeka #lawrence #kansascity taken in Circle Coffee by @circlecoffeeco

Breathe in deep, folks. Smells like fall at Circle. 🍂

This weekend we’re taking a little trip to Stars Hollow with a limited line-up of Gilmore Girls-inspired specials! It’ll be a good day to order another coffee when you absolutely did not need another coffee.

As September wraps up, here’s a little BTS look at what our team has been up to this month. Lots of testing the new bevs and pastries, making sure we’re keeping up with intense cold foam demands, and having fun serving you guys as the mornings start getting chillier. 🍁 by @circlecoffeeco

If you’ve been in the shop recently you may have noticed we got some new iced cups! Somehow they’re making our lattes taste even better, but idk you might have to try it for yourself. 🤷🏻‍♀️ by @circlecoffeeco

A lil BTS look at our Circle cart making an appearance at @washburnuniversity’s Market Daze event. Our team served up sparkling apple chaider and iced lattes for both students and faculty throughout the morning. Always fun to take the cart out on a field trip! 🍎 Next stop… your event?? by @circlecoffeeco
