What if, before buying something new, we simply asked ourselves: Does what I need already exist?

And before throwing something away: Could this have another life?

Meet CIRCULATE SECONDHAND - a circular-living concept rooted in a simple belief: there is already so much good stuff in this world. Maybe we don’t always need to make more of it.

Part secondhand marketplace. Part swap community. Part repair + creative re-use movement. Part sustainability education. Part give-back platform.

The idea is to create a community that makes it easier - and a whole lot more fun - to thrift it, swap it, share it, mend it, repair it, remake it, repurpose it, or pass it on. ∞

From clothing + home goods to mending circles, patchwork + embroidery workshops, creative ceramic repair, community swaps, pop-ups, auctions and eventually traveling events across the country - CIRCULATE SECONDHAND is about exploring all the ways we can keep good things going.

And when goods are sold? We’re exploring ways for both buyers + sellers to choose to give a little (or a lot) of that value back to causes they care about.

Because sustainability isn’t only about what we buy next. Sometimes it’s about recognizing the value in what we’ve already made. 🌱

What a beautiful place to share our p/re-loved collection. We met so many thoughtful eco-conscious / sustainability-focused advocates and garden lovers yesterday. So many of these pieces found 2nd homes 🪡 and we hope they get worn often!

A few snaps from our epic photo shoot on Monday for the launch of a fun and collaborative capsule collection with our dear friend / textile dye artist @hilarylhahn 💗

Soooo beyond thankful for Hilary, @thestephaniegm for working her make-up magic on us, and @caseyjamesknight for capturing these beautiful images.

We couldn’t have pulled this collaboration off without everyone mentioned!

The 15-20 piece capsule collection features everything upcycled / repurposed + botanically hand-dyed with Hilary…and will launch in person at the @bettertogethermarketplace Sustainability Market on Oct 22 (this coming Saturday) 10-4pm @knix in Santa Monica ✨

@hilarylhahn will be hosting a mini indigo dye workshop at 10am at the market (the class is limited to 12 spots and 3 have already sold just today) so don’t wait to snag a seat! Link in bio to sign up!
