It’s finally the week for @circus.gremlin amazing c - shaping workshop!!! This Sunday 29th 1-4pm - the link is in the bio!

C-shaping is one of those skills that quietly unlocks everything else. A full-body spinal bend; front, back, side, and everywhere in between, it’s a core principle of aerial movement that brings control, fluidity and intention to everything you do in the air.

In this workshop, you’ll explore c-shaping through focused drills that build both the body awareness and the strength to find your shape with confidence. Once the foundations are solid, you’ll start applying it dynamically — learning how to move through beats, link transitions, and build sequences that feel connected and purposeful.

You’ll leave with a piece of choreography built entirely around c-shaping, something you can take straight back into your practice and keep building on!

Cost: £70.00
Time: 3-Hours

This workshop is suitable for students who:

Can confidently invert in the air throughout a class
Are comfortable with S-wraps and hipkeys
Are working towards or able to perform a wheel down/windmill taken in Tottenham Hale, London by @circus.gremlin

I finally am posting again. These pictures are a taste of what I’ve been up to in the last few weeks. I have so many photos of the last few months (mostly from my lovely friends) and I want to show them all but I think I’ll start with these.
1. There’s two versions of this act I’m performing, in the other there’s more fire movement quality than air movement quality.
2. I love sunlight and movement.
3. The sun was annoyed that morning. She didn’t get her hour of peace before the world began to exhale again. Instead, she heard voices singing “fly me to the moon”.
