Been spending more time on my Weggsphere, and I can feel it carrying over to my pole practice 😌

1. Practicing my balance.
It’s bigger than a lyra and feels more stable to me, so I have room to work on those little weight shifts and find my balance.

2. Getting comfortable with a thicker grip.
The grip feels similar to holding a pole, so I get to practice supporting myself while moving around it.

3. Working on barre and dance techniques.
Having that support lets me slow down and focus on the details, from my leg extensions to how I shift my weight.

4. Finding more ways to flow.
Exploring how to move around the sphere gives me ideas for transitions and movement around the pole.

5. Breathing into my flexibility.
The support helps me relax into stretchy shapes, take my time and actually remember to breathe 😂

Also… peep the new tatt from @tattoooola in a little low flow action hehe 👀

New unique apparatus alert: 🌀

We’ve officially added this unique piece to our setup thanks to our friends at @circusconcepts.

It opens up incredible pathways for spins, shapes, and sequence transitions.

Keep an eye on our feed—specialized workshops on the spiral are coming up soon.

Who’s excited to take this for a spin?
