Ugh. I hate spinning, I've now used it for a couple of routines tentatively, because I get really bad motion sickness, but I'm persevering, and this routine NEEDS it, I will train it more after this one is done, but right now this is what I'm working with. The height of the trap needs to stay exactly as is and I need to go straight into the single leg move. Any tips or advice? I got it a few times as you can see, but none fast enough for the spin to carry through the whole routine. I had some wide shapes early in, I know this slows it but I've no time to redo, I've already taken so many out! Still recovering from a broken foot so conscious of this too! I figured super fast at the beginning, it might last through and slow down only when I do wide shapes. At the moment I'm killing it almost immediately and it doesn't speed up even when whipping into small shapes!!! It's been a while since I've had so many grazes and bruises, my broken foot is almost healed and I might have gone a bit far, because I was feeling so much better! I can't show you the rest, they are too bad 😭😔 onwards and upwards my friends.... by @circusdavina

First "proper" training session since I broke my foot exactly 2 months ago. And the first time I've stood on the trap, that felt blooming weird! Onwards and upwards is the only place we can go from here... taken in RiverBourne Club by @circusdavina
