The class of 2025 finished Graphics a few weeks ago, we had a blast of a celebration with awards, food, drink, quizzes, merriment and just a wonderful send off. Will post a few bits of work soon! They were an exceptional group of young people who we’ll no doubt be hearing all about as a result of their inevitable success! Proud and humbled to watch them grow and evolve! Had the official opening of the Murals today so they’ll be more posts appearing in the near future, keep an eye on the official @cirencoll account for some bits from Jacob and the marketing team as well as some bits from the hospital themselves, there were a few interviews with those involved! But a final big thank you to all our students and all the staff at Cirencester Hospital. So we did a thing, another post incoming with the more complete images but here are some initial progress shots. The lovely staff at Cirencester Hospital asked us to design some wall murals for one of their wards, specifically their dementia ward, named Coln. Our current second year cohort obliged and came up with lots of cool designs, the staff decided on 3 designs to finalise, the largest being an amalgam of underwater scenes designed by Rosie, Gracie, Violet and Erin, then a sunset over the ocean scene by Millie and finally a door mouse reading in the wilderness created by Istvan. That was a while ago and it finally came time to paint them, unfortunately many of the second years had gone off for the summer so we enlisted the help of both Millie, Istvan and a bunch of our 1st years to complete the murals for this wonderful cause, more to follow 💪 taken in Cirencester Hospital by @cirencollgraphics
