I’ve never had Botox, but it’s something I’ve considered for a few of my deeper expression lines.

Doing Makeup with a Toddler in your lap is a 1000% a new skill unlocked !!!

I’m blending my @ogee Complexion Perfecting Concealer in the shade Teak on my under eyes I’m wearing absolutely no other makeup not even a brow !

Postpartum body odor is something no one really talks about, but it’s real! After having my baby, I noticed my body odor was stronger, especially while breastfeeding. The science behind this is pretty interesting—breastfeeding actually increases body odor because your body produces a unique scent that helps your baby find your nipple more easily. It’s nature’s way of guiding your little one, but no one tells you how it affects your body odor. At first, I didn’t know what was going on, but once I figured it out, I knew I had to share it with you, just in case you’re dealing with the same thing.

I’ve discovered three products that help me stay fresh and reduce postpartum odor: black soap, glycolic acid, and Nivea’s Fresh & Natural 48-hour deodorant.

Black Soap:
Black soap is antifungal and antibacterial, which makes it perfect for tackling odor-causing bacteria. I apply it to my underarms and let it sit before rinsing it off—it’s a game-changer!

Glycolic Acid:
Glycolic acid is amazing for exfoliating the skin, helping to remove dead skin cells that could trap odor. I use The Ordinary’s glycolic acid to wipe my armpits with a pad, and it really helps balance things out.
