POSTS STORIES REELS

This summer was one or if not the busiest for me so far. I had plenty of work with professional off seasons and junior athletes working hard and getting season ready.

Pro Athletes from football, Ice hockey, Athletics , college athletes from Golf , Basketball, Tennis came through to put in WORK. 🏋️‍♂️🔥

We built speed and agility on the field.

We pushed strength and conditioning in the gym.

We sharpened mindset so they’re ready for game day.

I couldn’t be prouder of the commitment and results from this summer 👊

This is what it means to train like a pro—even if you’re not one (yet).

I will start to add all the specific work I do with each one of them.

Stay tuned , many new things are coming...

Quick stop @smashertraining before the Olympics. What an honor to have an olympic gold medalist @speedystevie working out with us and legendary coach Gary Evans, who has worked with many Olympic medalists and world champion sprinters including Tyson Gay, Shaunae Miller-Uibo, Tony McQuay, and Jessica Beard.

Good luck, guys, and wishing you gold at the Paris Olympics!

🎃 **HAPPY HALLOWEEN and DIA DE MUERTOS** 💀🐒

16+ years of coaching athletes, 13 years running SMASHER... and somehow, I'm still alive. 😂

Last-minute miracles, overnight Olympic transformations, Google-certified parents, athletes allergic to recovery, and clients who suddenly develop mysterious injuries when they see the BikeErg.

I've seen some terrifying shit over the years. 👻

But jokes aside, I wouldn't trade this job for anything.

**Same chaos. Different day. Still the best job in the world.** 🐒⚡

Happy Halloween from Cisco & the SMASHER Team!

Coaches, which nightmare have you experienced? And athletes... which one are you guilty of? 😂👇

Happiness ♥️⛳🏌️🧚 by @ciscodacoach16

When I was a kid, after academy sessions, I would get home exhausted, grab the PlayStation, and play FIFA for hours.

I always had my favorite players. Two of them were Ashley Cole and David N'Gog.

Back then, I never imagined that years later life would give me the chance to call David a friend, work together, and even spend time with Ashley during an event where we shared stories and experiences.

Football has given me so much more than competition. It has taken me to places I never dreamed of and introduced me to people I once only knew through a video game.

Sometimes life really comes full circle.

Grateful for the journey. ❤️⚽ by @ciscodacoach16

Yesterday's match hit differently.

As the national anthem played at the Azteca, I was transported back to my childhood. To watching matches with my dad, dreaming of football, and falling in love with the game. So many memories, so many emotions, and so many moments connected to that stadium.

As a young player, I was fortunate to played there. Back then, every visit felt magical. It was where football felt bigger than life.

And the Azteca is not just another stadium. It's a temple of football. A place where history has been written, where legends have played.

What made it even more special was that this time I was watching it with my daughter by my side. Life has a funny way of coming full circle. Years ago I was the kid watching with his dad; now I'm the dad sharing those moments with his daughter.

Years later, living thousands of kilometers away from Mexico, that feeling is still there.

Some places never leave you. Some places will always feel like home.

Not every kid wants to become an elite driver.
And not every kid is willing to work like one.

Neck strength is a huge part of motorsport performance.
During braking, cornering, and long races, the neck takes constant stress and force.

That’s why young drivers need to build real strength early — even when the work gets uncomfortable.

This isn’t easy.
But becoming elite never is.

Speaking at @cudeamx summit at @uanahuacpuebla part of the same university where I studied in Mexico City. @uanahuacnorte That made it even more special.

I shared my story — the ups, the setbacks, the work behind everything.

During the conversation, I had the chance to share the stage with @homerodiaz87 — and also learn a lot from his journey and great story.

And big credit to @betodiazcid for leading an excellent conversation and creating a great space to share ideas.

Because at the end of the day…
it’s not about where you start,
it’s about how committed you are to where you want to go.

If I helped even one of them take action toward their future… it was worth it. by @ciscodacoach16

Really excited to launch our Smasher Summer Camp 2026

This is a camp where kids don’t just play, but actually develop real athletic skills.

I’ve been working with kids for many years, and the idea of working in a camp environment really motivates me — it’s a great opportunity to help many young athletes at once and make a real impact on their development.

We’ll be working on speed, coordination, strength and agility in a professional environment, while keeping it fun at the same time. Lots of fun activities like football, padel , athletics etc.

If your kid is between 10–14 and loves sport, this will be a great experience.

We’ve already had a great response in the first days 🙏

Spots are limited, so if you’re interested, send me a message.

All the info is in the link on my Bio
