Brisbane, Brisbane, Brisbane… what a night!

To everyone who came out and made it one to remember, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Huge love to our insanely talented besties @silverfangau for making the trek from Melbourne, the absolute kings of @totalbuzzkill, and your favourite band’s favourite band @grizzlysharkau for bringing the heat on such a stacked lineup.

And the reason behind all the bands looking and sounding amazing, @keeganlisehl and @cameronq.mp4, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Our hearts are full, until next time. 🖤

ON REPEAT - TEAM PICK OF THE WEEK… This week’s staff pick comes from one of our amazing venue team, Dallon.

@citadelau - ‘Man-Made Heart’

“I love this track because its the beautiful, emotional poster child for all the skill and love the band puts into their music. They’re the chillest dudes ever, Citadel were my immediate thought for On Repeat, local progressive metalcore with killer stage presence.

I personally love when a band has a strong aesthetic drive and vision so the visuals that lewis creates for his band are impressive, but truly, just go listen to them, cause their music is fuckin great.” - Dallon Smrecnik (Venue Team)

Our team spends a lot of time listening to music, so each week one of us will be shouting out an emerging Australian artist we can’t stop playing.

We’re lucky to work in an industry where we get to see firsthand just how much incredible talent exists in this country. Every week, artists are pouring their hearts into songs, loading gear into vans, driving thousands of kilometres and playing to whoever will listen, all in pursuit of something they love.

This is our small way of sharing some of the artists and songs we just can’t get out of our heads. No algorithms, no sponsors. Just music we genuinely love and believe deserves a spin! by @citadelau
