Our latest FOX 5 Morning News segment spotlights San Diego’s only brew-it-yourself business, Citizen Brewers, and includes a tasting of the special beer we made there with owner Judd McGhee. Click the link in our bio (www.sandiegobeer.news) to watch the segment…especially if you’re a Pearl Jam fan (IYKYK)!

The final "step" of the brew day process at Citizen Brewers is mixing the yeast. Great job everybody! 🍻🤗

Most breweries have to be strategic about the styles they produce, but the sky’s the limit at Citizen Brewers, where the owner will brew up anything his clients like. Or what he feels like trying out, such as the #SDBeer of the Week, Bavarian Hybrid. Get info on this German ale which was fermented at lager temperatures by clicking the link in our bio (www.sandiegobeer.NEWS)!
