A Trip to remember.

It was great meeting Mrs. Nita Mukesh Ambani at the NMACC launch. She was interacting with the local artisans who had showcased their talent through pop-up stores. The art community eagerly awaits the future plans of this magnificent cultural center.

Who am I?

Even after a lifetime spent in search of truth from the peaks of Kailasa to the wisdom of Buddha, Adi Shankaracharya and Jesus we still don’t fully know (Aaram Thampuran: 1997).

And yet, we educated, illiterate idiots argue in WhatsApp groups about religion, politics, caste, or useless topics, just to prove a fleeting point. I often smile and think: “What’s the point, buddy?”

I already have an early-bird ticket booked maybe at 70 to a confirmed six foot space. Don’t we all?

People say, “I’m a proud Hindu, Muslim, Christian…”
“I’m a Gowda, Reddy, Nair, Catholic…” bla bla.

But am I really any one thing?

I know my lineage up to my great grandfather. But beyond that? No clue. A thousand years ago? Who knows where my family even came from? Maybe not even India. That thought humbles me.

This morning, I thought of my parents.

My father studied till 3rd std, my mother till 7th. yet they raised a family in a small rented home in a tier 2 city, without capital, without Google Maps.

We, with all our degrees and tech, still panic about where we’ll be in the next one year.I’m grateful to be born in a modest home like this. It’s shown me life’s raw beauty.

We don’t have much time here. So pause, breathe, and embrace the tiny moments.

If you still have your parents, consider yourself lucky. No matter how hard it is, try to do the simple things for them it will make a world of difference. Life really is better that way.

Which is the true #artcapital of India? #Mumbai or #kochi ?

A few artist friends, especially my friend and aspiring filmmaker @roshan_vallal suggested I watch Mr. Anurag's recent @hollywoodreporterindia interview. I wondered why he’s upset with #bollywood and oh, I get it now. His thoughts struck a chord with me, reminding me of my own creative rut in 2020 when the pandemic hit. I backpacked from Bangalore for a fresh start in Kochi, and the next 3.5 years were transformative. The city’s magic rewired my whole creativity and confidence.
He mentioned @iffklive 22 as a turning point, and I couldn’t agree more, creativity thrives in the right environment, not in isolation or with the wrong group of people. Sadly, like he said, “Gold and S**T are the same color,” and Bollywood risks losing its essence with remakes and shallow films. S**T is going to hit the roof very soon.

Look at the South’s cinematic gems from the past five years: Rifle Club, Doctor, Jana Gana Mana, Manjummel boys, Sookshmadarshini, #Neelavelicham Phoneix, Trance, Answeshippin Kandethum, Drishyam 2, Nayattu, Operation Java, #thegoatlife #Ullozhukku Mura, Kantara, Maharaja, Amaran, Vettaiyan, Sorgavasal, Soorai potru, Jai Bhim, Mandela, Karnan, Rocky, Rocketry, Pebbles, Poochandi, Sani Kayidham, Vikram, Pathu Thala, Jasper, Love Today, Shyam Singha Roy, Lucky Bhaskar, Rangasthalam and many more. These films exude authenticity and originality. Haven't added TV Series though:)

Kochi, with its mysterious charm—be it the @kochibiennale vibe, the food, the streets, Fort Kochi’s waves, or cultural richness—nurtures creativity. For me, it was @utopiandystopia24 that redefined art exhibitions. Glad I could play a part in it.

Meeting Anurag Ji at the IFFK afterparty #thehorizonhotel thanks to Director Mr. @psvinothraj the #koozhangal (Pebbles) crew and Art Historian @blue_mermaid5 was truly unforgettable. It was a total fanboy moment, surrounded by brilliant minds like Anurag, @kantari_kanmani and many others who left me completely inspired.

As a creative soul from the South, I welcome you to the new art capital, Kochi Here’s to authentic content, fresh perspectives, and brilliant creations! taken in Trivandrum, Kerala by @citizens.art

Thiruvananthapuram Onam Swag. 15 years ago!

15 years ago… and somehow, those Onam days still feel like yesterday.

ഇന്നത്തെ digital world-il, എത്ര innovative ആയി Onam celebrate ചെയ്യാൻ നോക്കിയാലും, ആ പഴയ naadan Onam feel വേറെ തന്നെയാണ്.

No work. No plans. Just friends, നാട്ടുവഴികൾ, കുറെ ചിരികൾ, നല്ല ഭക്ഷണം, a couple of pegs, and simply being together. ❤️

Maybe that's the thing about old-school Onam. Athine recreate cheyyan pattilla… athu jeevichu thanne ariyanam.

Sometimes, you need to escape from work, family, city life and everything else… go back to a village, switch off completely, and ഒന്ന് പഴയ പോലെ Onam ആഘോഷിക്കണം. ❤️

Some memories don't get old. കാലം കടന്നുപോകുംതോറും അവയ്ക്ക് വില കൂടും.

Ente ella koottukarkkum hridayam niranja Onashamsakal! 🌼❤️

It’s not the launch that matters. It’s the on-time delivery.

With so many new projects launching, buyers want more than just promises. Regular construction updates are important to build trust, especially in a challenging market.

That’s where Danube stands out.

Monthly construction updates. Real progress. And now, 11 projects targeted for delivery in the next 11 months.

Because in real estate, what you deliver matters more than what you launch.
