There’s a new kid on the block 😤

🏆 10.3KG Rainbow Runner
📍 Fujairah, UAE

👉 I went into this day worried about my rod…I thought it would be too light for the Mahi Mahi and the fish out in Fujairah. This MH Ecooda Scorpio held out like an absolute champ all day (multiple Mahi’s were manhandled) and helped me land one of the biggest fish I’ve ever caught in my life (Top 3 for sure). Shoutout Laith and Richard for teaching me how to fight larger fish I know this fish ain’t a true ocean giant, but I tried to practice the fighting tactics we chatted about…ROD BUTT TO THE HIP BONE AND SQUAT BACK BABY 💪

GEAR:
Rod: @ecoodamena Scorpio UAE Special (only available at @anglersuae )
Reel: @shimanofishingsa Stradic 4000HG

🏆 NEW PB @ 48 1/2” on Musky Opener 2025 before it was even time to open Nonna’s paninis for lunch 🥪 This beats my previous PB of 48”

I saw a massive blimp on livescope as I was about to change baits, picked up my trusty @redoctoberbaits tube, dropped it down, danced for shawty a few times and she was all over it. Up until this point I’ve only been blue-balled in these situations…not anymore 😈 💦

I created an app for the App Store!

I (Opus 4.6) created my first app for iOS. I wanted to merge my passion for fishing and ai/tech into something I (and others) would actually use. The initial idea came from wanting to disrupt the fishing (tournament) world the same way uber, Airbnb and Onlyfans disrupted their respective markets.

I’m sure there will be a ton of bugs still to fix and discover but we cross that bridge when we get there. If anyone has experience distributing apps on the App Store please send me a msg I have questions for you 😄

✅ @cullfishingapp will be available for download soon! taken in Toronto, Ontario by @citybassboy
