When we first dreamed of City Lights Village, we envisioned more than housing. We imagined a community where our neighbors experiencing chronic homelessness could find stability, dignity, and the relationships that embody what it means to be seen, known, and loved.

Reaching this moment has taken years of perseverance, faith, and a community willing to believe in what was possible. Together, we have officially reached our $26.1 million capital campaign goal, bringing 75 permanent supportive homes and a new, thoughtfully designed community to life in North Tulsa.

Please join us for the grand opening of City Lights Village on November 13th at 2pm, as we celebrate this incredible journey and the beginning of a new chapter for the neighbors who will call this place home.

Meet Rhode and Shon, the newest additions to the City Lights team!

Rhode is joining us as our Community Connector and will be the first person connecting with visitors at City Lights Village. From welcoming guests to helping neighbors feel at home, Rhode will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment at the Village.

Shon is our Maintenance Technician and all-around handyman. He’ll help make sure everything at City Lights Village is maintained, working properly, and ready to serve our neighbors for years to come.

We have an exciting announcement!!🎉🎈🎉

After years of dreaming, planning, and a whole lot of people coming together around one shared vision, we’ve officially surpassed our $26.1 million Homefulness capital campaign goal, thanks to a generous grant from the Tulsa Housing Impact Fund which will finish out our construction costs!

This milestone has us feeling incredibly grateful, but even more than that, we’re excited for what it means for our neighbors. The light at the end of the tunnel is City Lights Village.

The Village is a place to put down roots, build relationships, find stability, and experience the dignity and belonging neighbors exiting chronic homelessness deserve.

Getting here took a community of people who believed that homelessness is not the end of someone’s story. To every donor, volunteer, partner, and friend who helped bring this vision to life, thank you. You helped make this possible, and we can’t wait to welcome our neighbors home!

We want to thank Steve and Kenna, two longtime volunteers, and their friends at Timber & Beam for making this incredible custom table for our new conference room at City Lights Village!

For the past 13 years, Steve and Kenna have faithfully volunteered at Night Light, showing up week after week to serve our neighbors. Steve also served on our Board of Directors in the early days as The City Lights Foundation was first getting started. This summer, they teamed up with the Timber & Beam team to create this beautiful custom table for our new conference room. It’s pretty special to have a piece like this in a space that has been dreamed about for years and intentionally designed for the work ahead.

We’re incredibly grateful for the time, thought, and craftsmanship that was poured into this table. It will be amazing to to see it become part of many important conversations at the Village for years to come! by @citylightsok

What an incredible night at City Lights’ 5th Annual Trivia Night!✨

Thank you to each of our guests who joined us last night in support of our neighbors experiencing homelessness here in Tulsa!

The trivia was hilariously fun, but even more important than that, we came together and collectively raised $216,000, surpassing our goal and making this our most successful Trivia Night yet!

Thank you for being part of this life changing work. Together, we are building relationships and restoring community for our most vulnerable neighbors.
