THIS IS THE “VOICE” IN VOICE, VIBRATION & VITALITY.

Many of you know me through my sound baths, the Vibration side of what I do. But Voice has always been an important part of my work too.

I’m writing a poetry book based on my own lived experience. Through professional feedback, I’ve learned that sometimes poetry needs space, you don’t have to explain everything and can leave something for the reader’s imagination.

But I discovered something else: some of those original, more explanatory versions work incredibly well when turned into songs.

That’s where the poetry songs come in. Don’t Go To Your Grave With It is the title of my upcoming book and music project .

My forthcoming music will explore experiences that are often carried in silence and rarely spoken about openly. Through poetry, music and my own story, I want to help bring those conversations into the open and perhaps encourage others who have lived through similar experiences to find their own voice.

This is bigger than one song. This is the VOICE.

Rest in peace, Lt. Stitchie, The Governor. 🕊️🇯🇲

A true pioneer whose contribution to Dancehall, Reggae and Gospel Reggae reached far beyond Jamaica. Our sincere condolences going out to his family and all those that loved him.

I feel privileged that Lt. Stitchie attended one of my Britain’s Got Reggae events and took the time to give me such encouraging words about what I was building. When someone who has contributed so much to the culture sees something in your work and tells you to keep going, you remember it

Thank you for the music, the encouragement and the contribution you made to our culture. Your legacy speaks for itself.

This kind of feedback is so special to me. 💛

Denise shared that she hadn't felt sensation in one side of her face for around 2½ years. During my sound bath, she felt the sensation.

Hearing her describe that moment is amazing and shows me how powerful sound can be. 💛

The way you can feel sound is amazing. Vibration is everything.

When I strike the bowl beside the horse, you can actually see his body respond.

I’m slowly getting the horses used to me and my sound instruments, taking my time and observing how they react.

Eventually I’d love to explore retreats combining horses and sound, but there’s a lot of testing and learning to do first. 💛
