Day 1. Back to work. Excited to have @domtrains to guide me thru my 4th show..

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just a goal: step on stage at the end of April better than I’ve ever been.

The offseason is over. Time to lock in the diet, training, cardio, and every decision that moves the needle. This isn’t about being motivated—it’s about being consistent when nobody’s watching.

The work starts now. See you in April.

Last day in the water and we had another great day! Celina caught some huge Grouper today. Such a fun Father’s Day, only thing missing is my kids today. So glad Celina came down with me on this trip! Next year definitely gonna bring some of the kids down to fish!

If you’d have told me that these 2 people were going to meet, get married 30 days later, have 4 kids together and are celebrating their 22nd year of marriage today I’d have told you no way…. This story is in fact true, met my Beautiful wife in Oceanside at the Harbor. I knew then and there that I wanted to marry her. Thankfully she felt@the same way so when I asked her she said Yes! The second I held you in my arms, I felt a love I had never known before. In that moment, my whole world changed, and I understood what unconditional love truly meant.

Watching you grow into the strong, smart, kind, and beautiful young lady you are today has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. You’ve brought so much joy, laughter, and purpose to our family, and I’m beyond proud to be your Dad.

Happy 21st Birthday, Sean.

I’ve been thinking a lot over the past few days about the moment I first became your dad. You made me a father, and that’s something no one can ever take away. You’ve been my first in everything;first to teach me patience, first to teach me responsibility, and first to show me just how deep a father’s love can really go.

Watching you grow into the man you are today has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. You’ve got strength, heart, and a way about you that makes me proud every single day. Even when life throws challenges your way, you’ve always found a way to keep moving forward and that says everything about who you are.

21 is a big milestone. It’s the start of a new chapter, one where the world opens up even more for you.
