Had to say good bye to my baby girl today..

You ever seen a grown man cry?

I am glad she lived an adventurous life filled with excitement and love

I am so thankful she left peacefully and painlessly

I hope we somehow meet again

Went home this weekend. The older I get the more I appreciate making memories like these with the old man taken in La Grande, Oregon by @civilaurence

Had to say goodbye to one of my clients today who is moving.. this guy is 77 years old, with Parkinson’s disease AND what I think to be early onset Alzheimer’s. He use to have troubles falling, walking, maneuvering tight spaces, and overall confidence because of these hardships. Today he hasn’t fallen in weeks, he doesn’t have nearly as much trouble following simple directions, and he has so much confidence. He tells me everyday it’s because of my training sessions, but it’s much more than that because he never gave up and always trusted me to do my job. He was by far my most challenging client I’ve ever had but I’m in this business to help people and get some kind of improvement in quality of life. I like helping people I feel like it’s what I was put on this earth to do. I’ve always been altruistic but this guy made it a fun challenge, I’ll miss this old fart! by @civilaurence
