A little glint in my eye. A knowing smile.

My ancestors are happy. And I am so guided. But let me introduce you to HER, the inner voice who helped get me here.

“Where are all the freakin’ adults?”

“How on Earth do we expect broken leaders to make better decisions?”

“You’re kidding me, right? THIS is getting our focus, time, attention, and talent? Really?!”

She’s strong. Powerful. Focussed. Sarcastic.
And she didn’t just ask for more; she demanded it, with ❤️.

I agreed to let her fuel my fire. And then we agreed what this 🔥 would fuel, Transformation, by design.

It’s a trip to build a business around possibility while learning to stay steady in its unfolding.

Some of it I can see, and some of it I can only sense. Some of it asks me to take the next right step before the whole path is visible.

Most days, the Virgo in me would really appreciate a map. 😁

💥What if we moved beyond entertainment to use our voices to raise frequency and vibration, technology to transmit possibility, and storytelling to help us heal, release, and restore?

💥What if the media we welcomed into our lives daily helped us build greater self-trust, deepen belief, and restore hope in humanity?

That’s what I’m building through @akinbyregen.

And I’m learning to build in a way that replenishes me, too. This is a huge part of a daily practice.

Where I place my time.
My energy.
My attention.
MY gifts.
My boundaries.
My focus.

My daily priorities and practices are evidence of what I believe.

I’m learning to notice when my calendar tells a different story than my values. When urgency gets loud. When an old way of doing things no longer fits the future I’m trying to build.

We have to model new ways as we discover them.

There’s also a dream unfolding through The Story of Us: Unfolding. Story, music, movement, and gathering that invite us Home to more of ourselves.

I dream of carrying this experience from place to place.

A Matriarchal Movement in motion.

The medicine needed now: care, connection, and remembering what becomes possible when we bring more of ourselves to life.

For now, I’m taking the next right step.

We are all a piece of a bigger puzzle. We are backing the future we want through what we choose to practise today.

October. Welcome, Harvest season. 🍂

There comes a season when decades of care, commitment, and deep conviction begin to converge.

The wisdom. The relationships.
The inner knowing we are finally willing to trust.

What has been growing is ready to be gathered, fully harnessed, and brought Home.

For ourselves, our families, and for future generations.

“I’m not looking for a reboot of an old system. I’m looking to regenerate a new system from its roots.”

CIBC projected that women in Canada would control nearly C$3.8 trillion in financial assets by 2028.

What will we choose to nourish?
💥💥💥 Currency circulates care.

We can model power WITH. With care at the core. With sovereignty, agency, and future generations shaping how we measure success.

This past week has woven together matriarchal-led finance, rematriating capital, a refreshing interview with the Māori Millionaire, and fresh possibilities for relational fundraising at reGEN.

The magic lives in the weaving, the noticings, encounters. Miracles live in the guidance. The greatness that runs between us, among us, and all around us. This is the learning of our times.

The Story of Us: Unfolding.

To BE truly different, we have to BE truly different.

Narrative change leads systems change.

We’re building infrastructure that brings together regenerative leadership, intentional technology, and curated content that fuels us and our collective next chapter.

We’re working toward data-backed regenerative results that prioritize self-trust, belief in our potential, and interconnected possibilities.

Imagination. Intuition. Intention.
Higher human faculties we can deliberately strengthen and put into practice.

Let’s gather the harvest of our lives and direct it toward the greatest good.

Let’s bring it Home for the win, helping the next 25 to 50 years become more regenerative than the last.

What if leadership started with care at the core?

Yesterday in Calgary, 20 leaders, founders, visionaries, connectors + changemakers gathered around one table to explore a different kind of leadership conversation.

One that makes room for:

✨ intuition
✨ imagination
✨ inner knowing
✨ ancestral wisdom
✨ strategy
✨ relationship
✨ action

Because regenerative leadership isn’t only about what we produce.

It is also about who we are becoming while we create it.

That requires a strong human core.

This is the architecture we’re beginning to build through Transformation, by Design:

⭕ Table of Twenty = seasonal collective practice
🤝 Monthly touchstones = relationship + accountability
🌱 Akin = daily practice + alignment infrastructure
⚡ Transformation, by Design = the methodology + experiential framework connecting it all

Matriarchal practice + regenerative leadership + intentional technology.

Integrated to strengthen self-trust, alignment, belief + our capacity to create change from the inside out.

And to the 20 people who said YES to this pilot conversation: thank you.

Last night reminded us that care, intuition, imagination + relationship are not “soft” extras. They are part of the infrastructure for what comes next.

Our next Table will gather in mid-January 2027 as we explore a year-long regenerative leadership forum built around seasonal depth, monthly connection + daily practice.

Not another networking group.

A field of practice for human development, leadership expansion + generational impact.
