Thank you @thistleco for helping me with nutrition through my toughest struggles for the past years, I am diagnosed with Leukocytosis (potentially) cancer, I had a bone marrow biopsy on March 13, 2025. I am also struggling with an older diagnosed Anemia that went unnoticed that had started to affect my body oxygen decline occasionally causing me to feel weak and fatigued affecting with my executive function.

Keeping myself nutrition does helped until finding out the caused with an upcoming MRI on March 28, 2025 and a fitness coach I will soon be getting at the new Gold Gym opening in my area to assist me with special exercises which further helps increase my body oxygen loss.

I will update more progress about my medical journey in another update but I have been putting my health first.

Life Update: my health has been improving with medical therapy, I have been aiding in physical exercise with a medical license therapeutic trainer. My goal is to get back into what I love doing and I have been keeping my mindset positive saying the word repetition ‘I WILL!’.

Always be thankful to the people around you who helped you grow, strengthen, and recovered from anything you are fighting medically, mentally or financially; helps those who maybe struggling where you was once before, this is my promise to those with my condition variation.

Do not expect a recovery goes a smooth line because there will always be some bumps ahead in life.

Monday, August 5, 3024 6:30 AM - Tuesday, August 6, 2025 1:00 PM.

I have been hooked up to a ECG/EKG for two days now, specialists are trying to figure out why my heart act strangely at certain times. As to why my wounds aren’t healing significantly enough with the following like symptoms of feeling MS/CFS, unable to sleep and I am having a lot of cramps, pains and blisters some dizziness when I get up from sitting or laying.

Something going on within my neurological because I had kept the date that said 3024 and 2025 but I swear I had type 2024??

I was waiting for my detoxifying smoothie outside at my table @kreationjuice when Jason walking by my table to ask if I had any changes.

Though I typically pay with my phone which led me to not have any changes on me. So I had offered if Jason would like me to buy a smoothie of his choice.

Jason excitedly responded "yeah I would love a smoothie". Jason had chosen the Maroon smoothie.
