Itā€™s been a little bit since Iā€™ve done a formal reintroduction. So Hi! Iā€™m CJ and Iā€™m a licensed esthetician in Lexington, Kentucky. I specialize in corrective skincare (think acne and pigmentation) thatā€™s still relaxing! I believe you shouldnā€™t have to pick between treating skin concerns and relaxation during your facial treatment. Thatā€™s why all of my facial treatments include some of both! Iā€™ve been an esthetician for over 10 years and have been lucky enough to help thousands of clients over this time achieve clear skin. The majority of those clients Iā€™ve never actually met in person. Weā€™ve been able to reach their skin goals through my virtual skincare program. Brooke told me recently she didnā€™t *truly believe* Iā€™d be able to get her skin clear when we first met. As an acne prone girlie myself who also tried it all, I get not knowing who to believe and trust. I give my acne clients *a lot* of information.. like an overwhelming amount sometimes. But skin is multifaceted so weā€™ve gotta figure out the right routine plus lifestyle changes and sometimes even diet changes. Your skin is an organ so thereā€™s a bunch of different things that can affect it. She followed every bit of advice I gave her from the beginning and we had her skin 90% cleared within 4 months of working together. Then, we focused on pigment and texture and now this fall we are going to do another round of microchanneling and continue our monthly chemical peels!
