Vietnam and Malaysia in 7 Days: In seven days:

- Hanoi Old Town,
- Michelin Star Bún Châ - Shoes off however.
- Multiple chaos Bahn Mi
- Multiple drinks and walks around Hoàn Kiên Lake
- Locked in during a Police Raid Of Beer Street
- Best meal we’ve ever had, whilst being shouted at about how to eat it, and chased down the street with the change.
- Had Pho for BREAKFAST every day. IT ISN’T a dinner dish. Changed our lives!
- Sat on many stools too small.
- Drank the best beer for 15p a can.
- Discovered you can have nights out for £10 or less.
- Ate Bao Buns from a woman’s’ living room whilst talking to her husband.
- Learnt to cross the impossible roads.
- Multiple gorgeous rooftop bars.
- Fell off a stool drunk and was handed a Beer and a Bahn me and left to sort myself out.
- People watching our favourite new friend with her pet rooster.
- Had coffee in a hobbiton based coffee shop.
- Got offered a job for Grab. (uber)
- Had dinner and drinks next to a train passing us.
- Watched a rooster be in charge on train street.
- Played a game of what’s the funniest thing on a scooter. (Coope of chickens won) closely followed by Gas Canister.
- Went to Ngoc Son Temple.
- Played on local musical instruments.
- Agreed with local people that Air Asia is shit.
- Late night Hawker Markets in KL.
- Increidible SHANGRI La Hotel in KL.
- Ate the best food in the Hawker Markets.
- Tried Stingray for the first time.
- Incredible Thali in the Indian Quarter.
- Batu Caves. NO words.
- Met and chatted to Monkeys.
- Met loads of birds and fed local Parrots. People said it’s too far for 7 days. It’s been incredible. And cheaper than a TUI deal. Just do it and go!!
The best food you’ll ever eat and the best culture. We haven’t stopped laughing and smiling.

For anyone even thinking about going to Vietnam.

In 18 hours: @reecelyonssound and I have:

•I’ve seen a whole chicken coup transferred on a moped.
•I’ve eaten the best food I’ve ever eaten.
•I’ve leant how to cross impossible roads.
•I’ve been a part of a school survey for some local girls about Hanoi tourism.
•I’ve learnt that stools here are smaller than my infant school option. But everything is adaptable (Tell Wardrobe)
•I’ve learnt that all back street toilets have appropriate wait
•I’ve witnessed a chicken best friend of a woman become a quick thought to be a product.
•…and I’ve become a staff member of Grab.

Honestly. It’s electric here.
It’s SO cheap. Food is fresh. Food is real. Everyone is so friendly. And it makes you question so many of the issues in the UK.

From a jet lagged Charlie Ingles. Go.

Tonight we open My Fair Lady at @millatsonning . This is the second time doing this at this theatre. It feels fresher than ever, intimate and really special.

Shows here with Joseph Pitcher have been a total passion. We spend hours locked in rooms with pianos, working out how to make grandeur and scene changes work with 7 wonderful Musicians and a small ensemble cast. It’s joyous.

This was the first theatre I ever orchestrated anything in, and I’m always grateful to the opportunities it led me to from Sally Hughes and Joes’ trust.

And even though we still have loads to do, I’m so proud of what we’re opening with and It’s so wonderful to be surrounded by such a talented cast, and a group of incredible creatives who are also wonderful kind humans!

Now, where’s that wonderful steak pie.

I’ve struggled with my weight for years- and since my biggest on Flashdance years ago; I’ve lost nearly 5 stone.
I hit a wall for years and then started to do something about it.

This first photo was Kathy and Stella in the west end last year where I wobbled around the same weight for a year. I started to lose but plateaud so quickly.

Then I chatted with my good friend @roryphelan_ with @stagestrong_ and he’s changed my whole outlook.

I always have many jobs on the go, running from one to the othe, and has inspired me into a schedule that works with me. Not to mention getting over my phobia of the gym.
Your 30s are hard and I really struggled and had a minor breakdown arriving there. Not happy how I looked, with scars, weight gain, and issues from not looking after myself for a long time, and arriving into my 20s after nearly 5 years of cancer treatment. I think my 30s will now be the best era yet.
2 stone loss from this photo. And over 1 stone from the last 12 weeks.

I feel strong, positive and fantastic.
