Finished Year 10 of teaching in May - ✅
This year was one of the most challenging, but still great! When we return to school in July, only one person I started with 10 years ago remains in our department. Everyone else has left (retired or resigned) this past year. So. Much. Change.

A very unexpected change is going to make for a very stressful school year 26/27, but we go with the flow these days and remain flexible! And I am beyond excited for @_mia_raven_ to join the amazing team at SHS!

The picture above is a family. Folks come to our department and are welcomed in. When you leave, you’re part of the family forever. Although I’ll miss you all so much, I know we will forever be familia! by @cjseem

A weekend trip to Newport/Cincinnati is just what was needed, and a great way to kick off the two week spring break. Hoping for more weekend trips in the future! by @cjseem

Two books finished in January. Both fiction. Neither related to politics. Both are books I typically wouldn’t choose to read. Here’s to reading more in 2026! #read #booktok #freidamcfadden by @cjseem
