I’m honestly so emotional right now. 🥹❤️

To see this happening before my very eyes, to witness history being made through something I love so dearly, is a feeling I can hardly put into words.

Over 2,000 people showed up to watch me do what many never imagined a violin could do. Thousands of people came together, not just to listen to an instrument, but to experience a different kind of music, a different kind of energy, and a different kind of magic.

I’m happy that I’m breaking barriers. I’m happy that I’m setting the pace for the next generation. I’m happy that I’m contributing to the growth of violin music in Africa. And most importantly, I’m happy that my people are beginning to see that the violin is not limited to one genre, one setting, or one kind of audience. This instrument is beautiful, versatile, powerful, and capable of creating unforgettable experiences.

I’m happy that I’m happy. I’m proud of how far we’ve come. And yes, I’m embracing my place in this journey as the numero uno of this movement.

But I didn’t do it alone. WE DID IT TOGETHER!

To every single person who showed up, danced, cheered, held up their phones, supported the vision, and believed in what we were building, you were part of this history.

On October 1st, 2026, in Onigbongbo, Maryland, Lagos, we created a moment that will live on for generations.

This is bigger than me. This is bigger than a concert. This is a movement.

Onigbongbo Maryland, WE MADE HISTORY.

And if this is what we have achieved now, imagine what the future holds.

ONIGBONGBO MARYLAND, WE MADE HISTORY 🇳🇬🎻

I am the first violinist in Nigeria to host a violin concert with over 2,000 people in attendance, and the first to take a violin concert overnight, from 5 PM till 5 AM the next day.

12 HOURS OF MUSIC. 2,000+ PEOPLE. ONE HISTORIC NIGHT.

And trust me, the world is yet to see what this star carries. I still have so much to unleash, so many sounds to introduce, and so many boundaries to break.

To everyone who showed up, danced, supported, believed, and became part of this history, THANK YOU! You made this possible, and I will never take it for granted.

This 2,000 is going to become 20,000. I believe it, I see it, and I am working towards it.

Maryland was just the beginning. The world, get ready!

CJViolinist is only getting started.

I had to tell her, “This song is for you.” And the moment the sound hit her, she absolutely fell in love with it. She’s just so beautiful… truly, BLACK IS BEAUTY.
