After 14 years, I finally returned to my home in the Philippines. Although my return came during a difficult time following the untimely passing of my beloved Lolo, I am incredibly grateful that I was able to be there to celebrate his life and honour the memories we shared.

Being back home made me realize just how much I have to be grateful for. I was reminded of how blessed I am to be surrounded by family who truly love and care for me unconditionally.

I will never forget my first time returning to the Philippines after so many years. It was a meaningful experience that brought me closer to my roots and reminded me of where I come from.

To all my family and friends, I love you dearly. Thank you for welcoming me, looking after me, and making my time in the Philippines so special. Until we meet again, I’ll carry all of these memories with me. I can’t wait to return home and be reunited with you all once again. 🇵🇭❤️

Photoshoot inspired by @photobergllc

My friend sent me a post by a photographer saying we should recreate this. Now that I’m finished with my semester, we spent the rest of the afternoon experimenting with different sliders. Thank you to @carlosdoesphoto for the photoshoot and helping create this wonderful idea to life!
