Running Date Night in NYC…
Love spending time with my hubby! Ran a 5k along the Westside Highway with him and some friends. Super fun and enjoyed watching the sunset 💖🌅

Running Date in NYC! 💖
Had a not so great day. Nothing better than rage running. And being with my hubby 🥰 Met some new people and had fun running in Central Park. Then walked through Times Square on our way home. It’s amazing how full of energy it is- bustling with people, full of lights, and entertainment everywhere. Even a mini Spider-Man. I 💖 NY

Who drives throughout the night (17 hrs!) to Nashville and then runs a 5k? Me! 🙋🏻‍♀️
Left NJ on Thursday afternoon, arrived on Friday morn- just in time to run in the 8am 5k fun run that my daughter and I signed up for! Crazy! Good way to stretch out our legs! Then got ready for Vandy Family Weekend! 🖤💛⚓️⬇️

Vanderbilt Family Weekend ‘26
***
Drove down to Nash to visit our son for his last Family Weekend. Can’t believe he’s a senior!! We all had an amazing time together as a fam, attending as many activities as possible. Despite the grueling heat wave nearing 100 degrees(!), the weekend was fantastic and we miss him already! Hope for a great last year!!
Go ‘Dores! Go Vandy! 🖤💛⚓️⬇️

My obsession with Buc-ee’s…
We were able to see and visit 3 different locations whilst we drove to Nashville and back home. Candy, beef jerky, brisket sandwiches, and more! Plus, the cleanest bathrooms and the best billboard signs. Just can’t get enough! I ❤️ @bucees

When your friend from sunny San Diego grows passion fruit in her backyard and generously brings a whole bunch for you to try…. I’ve never eaten passion fruit before, especially fresh. Obsessed. SO Yummers!! 😋💖
Wonder if I can grow them in NJ?

Hold onto Friendships! 🥰💖
Had the blessing to see my dear friend from our Jersey City days twice this year! I first went to visit Mony in San Diego and now she’s here in my neck of the woods! We filled our bellies with delish Korean food and loads of rice. Then decided to walk off our meal to Chelsea Market to go to Ayada and eat more rice for dessert! Can we get more Asian?! lol… We ordered the Michelin recognized Mango Sticky Rice. Yummers! 😋🥭🍚
Walking on the High Line, then along the water by Chelsea Piers, taking pics like a tourist, wishing we were at the Harry Styles concert, and spending quality time. SO special! What an evening to remember! 💜

Sautéed Beet Leaves/Stems over Toasted Sourdough Bread with melted vegan Mozzarella cheese, topped with Roasted Beets. Then drizzled with EVOO and a light sprinkle of Maldon salt. Yummers! Love all the colors and SO delish!! 😋

My BTS Summer 💜💜💜
Was able to get tix to the BTS: The City Arirang NY Pop-Up in Grand Central Station. You got to customize a white or black shirt with 3 designs and 1 song. It was so hard to decide what to choose and where to place them! I love the whole album, but ultimately I chose Into the Sun. What a fun event!! 💜
