No matter what, layers are always the key to staying warm for the winter. It also works in the reverse direction when you need to get cool- just remove a piece!
Last week we shopped for a mom of two young kids who wants to look pulled together without sacrificing comfort. We updated her winter wardrobe with a great pair of jeans, a couple jackets and cool modern sneakers and flats.
We sent her home with photos of combos we made so she knows exactly how to pair her items easily.

Pase lo que pase, las capas siempre son la clave para mantenerse abrigado durante el invierno. También funciona en la dirección inversa cuando necesitas enfriarte: ¡simplemente retira una pieza!
La semana pasada buscamos una madre de dos niños pequeños que quiere lucir bien sin sacrificar la comodidad. Actualizamos su guardarropa de invierno con un excelente par de jeans, un par de chaquetas y zapatillas y zapatos planos modernos y modernos.
La enviamos a casa con fotos de combinaciones que hicimos para que sepa exactamente cómo combinar sus artículos fácilmente.

YSC ON ADAMS AVENUE ♥️

Last weekend, our little pop-up shop stepped onto Adams Avenue for the 44th Annual Adams Avenue Street Fair @adamsavesd—while the magic continued inside our brick-and-mortar, @your_space_collective, just down the block.

For two full days, we brought YSC to the Street Fair and welcomed Vintage & Vibes pop-ups back at the shop.

All weekend long, we shared curated vintage from Ashley’s Little Nothings @ashleydamm426, music with Megan of Poco a Poco @themeganmaher, and tarot readings with Bry of @celestialspacesbybry. Saturday brought sets from DJ @j_killa___, while Sunday welcomed Paola Viola @vi0lentita_, designer @jorgesanchezdm, Catherine and Linda of @cl_experience, and another special guest designer—filling YSC with art, clothing, tarot, music, color, and connection.

To everyone who helped us build, carry, create, share, shop, dance, or simply show up—thank you. You made this little dream feel very real. ♥️

It was such an honor to be a part of the Adams Avenue Street Fair.

♥️ Still thinking about this beautiful evening with Catherine and Linda of The @cl_experience

We gathered to explore color, texture, pattern, shine, and what truly makes a great outfit—but what unfolded was so much more. Conversations were shared, perspectives shifted, confidence was encouraged, and a little community formed.

One thing Catherine shared that has stayed with me:

“The first thing people find out about you, before you even speak, is your sense of style.”

Not because clothing defines us, but because personal style can be such a beautiful form of self-expression. ♥️

What makes a great outfit is different for everyone. The colors, textures, and pieces may change, but authenticity, confidence, and a genuine smile will always carry you.

One of my favorite parts of the evening was watching everyone inspire and encourage one another. Those unexpected connections are often the most meaningful part of gathering together.

And truly, no one wears a smile quite like Catherine and Linda. Their joy, confidence, and love for helping others shine was woven throughout the entire experience. ♥️✨

Having designer @jorgesanchezindumentaria share his fluid, interchangeable collection brought such a unique energy to our space and back deck. As a sweet bonus, he even found a vintage treasure to take home—one that held a special place in my heart—which somehow felt like the perfect ending to a very special night.
