“The only way I could be sure is to have the money for a car wash or something and I would have a lot more to do but I’m just pretty.“ - Pope Innocent XIII 1721-1724

We guess the secret to life is having enough cash for a car wash?... or maybe it’s just pizza and the sounds of @cl_healy at the third installment of “a Very Loud Restaurant”

Either way, come to @banshee_eav this Thursday and let us fill your holes.

Seasons come and seasons go but one thing remains the same… we’re gonna keep having pizza (and not pizza) parties. Join us for the third installment of “A Very Loud Restaurant” at @banshee_eav Thursday, May 15th.

Spring has sprung and we are rolling in its bounty and new menu items will reflect that. Think Georgia peaches and Tennessee bacon. Bottles will flow and Oyster will be shucked from 10:30 onwards.

Music selection and vibe curation will be left to our good friend and New York City’s own, @cl_healy bringin’ deep crates of boogie, funk, and disco.

Our very own @mybrainiswarm will be landing our disco spaceship at 1am, sing with us at the end.

Eat well and listen better, you deserve it. taken in Banshee by @cl_healy

HUGE WEEK AGAIN!!! We’re so excited for this week! We’re collaborating with our great friends at @serravidafarm @youngfarmers & @cadefarms for a one night only Farmer’s Dinner to celebrate the farmers, young farmers, aspiring farmers, and farm supporters around the Catskills region! A beautiful bounty of vegetables, herbs, meats, and more was delivered to Wayside on Monday. We’re super excited to celebrate our farmers with this feast! This event did sell out quite quickly, so we’re all full up and won’t be able to take walk ins for food. If you’d like to party and grab just a drink with your local farmers and listen to some tunes by @cl_healy & @momsnewfriend with us, feel free to come by!!! The week’s schedule is below!!!

TONIGHT: As always, the magnanimous @valleys_edge_ny (Cara Vaughan) will be hosting Trivia! Come see if you can beat the most winningest team, Brew Solution! A small seasonal food menu will be offered tonight!

THUR: As mentioned above - FARMILY Meal tonight is SOLD OUT. Dj’s @cl_healy & @momsnewfriend on deck for a lil dance party.

FRI: Slated to be the nicest night of summer so far. In the lower 70’s and full of sun! A great night to be out of the @wayside_cider courtyard for a cider and a new seasonal menu!

SAT: Regular programming here with some new drafts and cans curated by the legend himself, S2. Same season menu, plus some possible little additions.

SUN: Samesies!

Super excited about this week here in @andesnewyork way up in the @greatwesterncatskills ! We’ll be pleased to see ya!!! taken in Andes, New York by @cl_healy

My last project with Gear Patrol. Really happy with how this one came out. A perfect summer crusher. Shout out to @burialbeer for working with us on this one. Hit up Burial or @taprmbeer to purchase.

From Burial - This Helles-style lager is made with @epiphanycraftmalt Helles malt and Oats, and a dab of German Munich to prevent anyone from forgetting the road to now. We hopped the beer with all American-grown renditions of classic European hops, using whirlpool doses of @colemanagriculture Liberty, @hopheadfarms Zuper Zazzer, and @segalhopranch Cascade. The bounty of three damn fine American growers, rooted in inspiration, yet beaming for new concepts.

The beer was then fermented low and slow under pressure for natural carbonation. We then lagered it for many weeks before krausening it with fermenting beer. The result is a culmination of your summer dreamscape, beaming with citrus zest, fresh sourdough and traces of the field. 4.8% by @cl_healy
