My first solo vacation since opening my business… and wow, did I need the reset. 🌊✨

This past year stretched me, refined me, and blessed me in ways I didn’t even pray specifically for. I’m so grateful for the growth, the lessons, the patients who trust me, and the quiet moments that bring me back to myself.

What I’m realizing is rest isn’t a reward — it’s part of the rhythm

but I’m going back refreshed, grounded, and ready. 💚

A note to Lil T on your 4 year anniversary:

Hey girl,

Mannnn have you changed! You finally let a Jesus take the wheel and he’s been blessing you ever since. You’re still learning about him and his blessings but you made the right choice!

You’re 30 now! 🫣 but it’s not too bad.. you still look young. 💁🏽‍♀️ You graduated with not one but two degrees and fulfilling your dream of becoming a doctor..we went a very different route though 😂 but that’s ok because for 4 years now you’ve been learning, growing, educating, and relieving people from pain (NATURALLY) they didn’t think was possible. GO YOU SIS! Your crazy self owns a business and you had no idea what you were getting into but you’re making it!

You’re hard on yourself sometimes now, but we’re working through it. You’ve accomplished so much and you forget that some days, but I’m so PROUD OF YOU! You did it! Thank God!

Keep going though because you have so many more milestones to meet and walls to tear down.

I love you girl!,
