For years, K and I have dedicated ourselves to our relationship and building our businesses. Both being equally enormous and challenging efforts.

As we’ve grown together as partners, we’ve had to learn what it means to show up for each other through challenging times. Some of those challenges come from our businesses.

As we’ve grown as business owners, we’ve had to surrender to things taking longer than we’d like. It doesn’t happen instantly.

Today, things are a little better, but there are also hurdles. For any creative and/or entrepreneur in the thick of it, be patient with yourself and trust that what you put in will come back around to you.

Can we reminisce for a moment? Last Friday, on my birthday, we celebrated the launch of the Claima x Saucony 3D GRID Hurricane “CLAIM A SEAT”collaboration at Han Oak.

It was a beautiful night with Black and Brown Creatives from the Portland community, friends, and family. The best part about this sneaker is that we were able to celebrate it with all of you.

We’ve sold out of pairs on our dot com, but a select amount of retailers will be receiving pairs very soon. Lookout for an announcement next week.
