Low Swip Lunch: 3 swips in total. 30g Cheddar (Healthy Extra) Quarter of sachet of Lidls Mint, Lemon & Parsley Couscous (½), Chutney (1 ½) and Salad Cream (1) FREE: Lettuce, Tomato, Beetroot, Apple, Egg, Ham. by @clair_eat_sleep_repeat
This took 5 mins to prepare. I didn't bother browning the Beef, just chucked it into the Slow Cooker with 600ml Beef Stock, ½ tsp Dried Oregano and ½ tsp Dried Thyme. 1 tsp Worcester Sauce. 3 tbsp of Gravy Granules. Left on high for 7 hours and it fell apart. Swips for the Gravy, Butter in Mash. Plenty left over for the freezer. #slimmingworld #slimmimgworlduk #slimmingworldjourney #slimmingworldinspiration #slimmingworldplan by @clair_eat_sleep_repeat
Quite Frankly, the best tasting pie we've ever eaten! Think Old Pub, a Tudor Inn, Wooden Beams, Roaring Fire, Rain outside, our favourite tipple whilst the chef cooks our meal. Proper quality homecooked comfort food. Well, this is it, but cooked in 15 minutes at home ... @pieminister "British Beef Steak & Craft Ale Pies" Ps They do gluten-free, too! #autumnalfood #comfortfood #bestpie #pieminister #GlutenFree by @clair_eat_sleep_repeat

½ pouch of Lidls Quinoa (it's already cooked so no prep needed). This was a rushed dinner to use us what was in the fridge and ended up being really tasty. Will definitely keep this Quinoa I stock for future meals like this. Also added a little red onion and lots of black pepper. by @clair_eat_sleep_repeat
@simplycookcom Honey & Mustard Chicken. 10/10 Perfect for Batch Cooking! Chicken in a rich, creamy honey mustard sauce, the recipe advised mushrooms but I swapped them for half a bag of frozen mixed vegetables, which added colour and fibre. This one-pot meal was quick and easy, making it the perfect midweek meal. I made extra portions for the freezer – future me is going to be very happy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Serve with your favourite pasta, rice, a chunk of crusty bread, a side of mash ( the meal kit comes with a pot of haerbs to make herby mash), or pop a pastry lid on top to make a great pie! by @clair_eat_sleep_repeat
Super Easy to Meal Prep 👌 Chicken breast with @schwartz.uk BangBang Airfryer Seasoning served over mixed leaves alongside a vibrant giant couscous salad bursting with fresh cucumber, tomato, red onion, herbs and lemon. The chicken was tender and packed with flavour, while the salad added a refreshing crunch and a hint of zing. A great example of how healthy food doesn't have to be boring. Fresh, balanced, incredibly moreish and took seconds to throw onto a plate after work⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ by @clair_eat_sleep_repeat
This salmon bowl delivered on every level 😍 Tender sweet chilli salmon, crisp salad leaves, and a fresh, zesty couscous salad bursting with flavour. Light, filling, and incredibly satisfying. Healthy eating and meal prep doesn't get much better than this! 🐟🥗✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ by @clair_eat_sleep_repeat
