Immersive, colourful & this wasn’t all of it!! There was also a Train that takes you all round the experience including the lake with a Beautiful light display overlooking a hillside, we bkd a late afternoon slot but 2-3 hrs here flys & there was still lots left but the weather turned due to the storm so decided to head bk due to us being a good 1hr+ away, there was activities, an incredible little rollercoaster, rides-all included in initial fee, a food truck area with train coach seating, toy shop, toasting marshmallows, hot chocolate shop, licensed bar & Santa’s Grotto which you need to book in advance, we bkd a 5.40 slot so we had time to walk around first & stop for food! Santa was lovely & Benjy also got a doggy soft toy also, The reindeer teddy Bess had was beautiful quality & you can purchases a photo at the end, a lovely experience!

Tips:
*Wrap up Warm!!! It’s on a hill in Wales so it can get very cold/wet & keep an eye on weather as you dont want to be out there in snow with a long drive bk.
*Give plenty of time to get there & back, best route from Stoke/Stafford, turn left after Swan with 2 necks as continuing straight on is a very wind-y route taking longer, going past the Muller factory is best route out.
*follow the Reindeer Lodge signs once see them & follow their direction instructions & you’ll find it top of a hill down a track.
*The Train gets super busy so factor this in earlier so you don’t miss it as queuing can be 15-20 mins if busy, it is covered overhead in case of rain.
*Most of the experience is outside except Santas Grotto so very few places to get out of the weather so bear in mind to wrap up warm/wellies/boots/brollies/waterproofs/woolies etc.

Yesterday we said our final Goodbyes to our beloved dog Bobby…he almost made it to 16 but wasn’t going to quite make it bc he was sadly just really struggling with kidney issues simply due to old age!…it’s heartbreaking, he was with us from almost the very beginning of our lives together when we moved in to our 1st home…it’s so sad they only get to be with us for a couple of chapters of our life & we have to keep going without them…he did so well to go as long as he did but it was also hard seeing him not being the dog he once was, esp this last yr and seeing him struggle for it so much & it was just hard for everyone.

He will always be so loved and never ever forgotten!…He was the dog that never seemed to age! He always had this very energetic, playful & youthful character & I think that’s what kept him looking so young, even tho to us it was so hard to believe he was actually getting so old & that’s what’s made it harder to believe esp how fast he went sadly down hill the last yr!

I hope you will still be pottering about in our garden & along with us on the rest of our travels..We will always love you Bobby! 🩷😓🩷
