My solo show about my bad tattoos, “No Regerts,” is happening again! This time as part of the @daredevilarts festival at the @electriclodge in gorgeous Venice Beach! So excited and honored to be in the company of many other fabulous acts, including my pals @bernicecomedy and @stuntdrivermusic! If you didn’t come last time to the shows at the Elysian because you’re on the west side, now’s your chance! And if you missed it cuz you missed it, here are two opportunities to catch it! Sunday the 12th for the early birds and Friday July 17th aka 📅 EMOJI DAY 📆 for the party crowd!!! If you caught it before, thank you! I love you!! The show is now shorter and tighter, like the skirt of the town tramp (in the 1970s country music context. Although the Depression era context would be fun, too. I hope some train hoppin hobo was serving like that).

Director @kononalina has whipped this thing into shape and continues to help uncover and discover connections and moments and jokes!! You should go see HER show Brainwashed on Saturday 7/11 (Free Slurpee Day) at @elysianthevault before she heads to @edfringe!!! It is so hilarious and fun and moving and really makes you think, a must-see for anyone currently living under a dictatorship!!! 🤔🧠🪏

I am thrilled to be reuniting with @littleanniemotel of @moteltattoo! Not only is she an incredible tattoo artist and painter and actress but she’s a filmmaker too and I am so excited to work with her on her upcoming feature Vampire Varnish! I am so blessed to be surrounded by such creative and talented multifaceted baddies! 🙏🧛🏻‍♀️❤️‍🔥

Lincoln’s in Ohio, the twink is in this guy-o, the lynx is in biology class. 🔗☣️

Late posting but I was honored to make my commercial #voiceover debut on this spot for @cashapp @visacashapprb! Thank you ever so much @avantsweater for putting me on and directing me to weary, slightly southern flight attendant glory. Hire me for all of your audiobooks, videogames, and “listen closely as our menu options have changed”s. HIRE HUMANS!!! WE PUT THE STANK ON IT THAT 🅰️👁️‍🗨️ CLANKERS CAN’T!!! #commercialvoiceover #VO #voiceactor by @claireluisabiz

Greetings cinephiles and Halloween heads who found me through that costume reel! Thrilled to connect with fellow film freaks and spooky babes. Introducing myself so you know what you’re in for 👹

TL;DR, I contain multitudes and have projects and interests! (warning: last pic is me as a scary clown lol)

I’m Claire :) I’m half Filipino and half gay. ADHD af and sober 17 years(!) one day at a time in the secret club 📘 My familiar is @freeniethedog, a sassy elderly Chihuahua.

I’m a standup comedian, writer, and actor (seeking more voiceover gigs 🎙️) I’m a retired rapper and former professional nail artist, and sometimes work as a professional organizer @clairethepath. I have a corporate day job in the entertainment industry. I wrote a smutty novel last year that I’m slacking on editing. Doing a comedy show on 10/24 at @hollywoodimprov with @lavstransplants. My solo show “No Regerts” (about my bad tattoos) will hopefully go on the road next year. Most of my friends are artists and I love collaboration and making stuff! I’d like to get back into training in Filipino martial arts and archery and riding horses, time and money and executive function permitting.

I’m an antique Millennial closer to 50 than 30 and staring down the barrel of perimenopause. (Did the men leave yet?) Gemini sun, Aries moon, Libra rising. (Bye guys). Weird Aunt, no kids by choice. Voluntarily celib(r)ate and somewhere in the middle of the cutie-patootie/lovergirl to baddie pipeline. I practice TM (thanks to David Lynch) and I am reconnecting with the Catholicism of my upbringing but in irreverent, mystical, socialist way.

Not to be all “rainbow lettering on a black sign in a gentrified neighborhood” but I believe in:

Matriarchy
Intersectionality
BLM
Protecting trans people and their rights
Abolish🧊
Free 🇵🇸
Free Luigi
Universal healthcare
No one is illegal on stolen land
Land back
ACAB
🖕🍊
Climate change is real
Abortion is healthcare
AI is a scourge, stop the data centers
Eat the rich / tax the billionaires
Public libraries, public spaces, public radio
Vote, I guess, lol 🫠

If you made it this far heII yeah nice to meet you! 😋

I am Ms 45 (I was also released in 1981)

I had an idea to do this homage back in May on my bday but I forgot and I had access to a habit thanks to the weekend’s activities.

And well, the timing is right.

@letterboxd excerpt:

“Least realistic thing about this movie:
A serrated bread knife can’t cut through bone, silly!

Most realistic thing about this movie:
A man at a bar will talk to you about himself for two hours and not notice that you haven’t said a word.”
